Dr Theis was extremely thorough in her assessment of my daughter and explained assessment results well. They are very transparent about pricing. She engaged with my feisty 2-year-old very well. I swear she completed the very thorough report before I finished my hour-long drive home! Highly recommend.

They seem like nice people but for the right price they'll hurt you.
I went here for an IME exam, which is a workers comp procedure and it is paid for by the opposing attorney and or insurance company.
They made me sit there for 3 hours doing the most strenuous tests over and over asking open ended hard to answer questions. Then when she finished her report, the report stated that the injury I was having was my fault. Long story short she charged my opposing attorneys office probably $600 an hour just to write a report as they would want it to be written. Definitely biased to the highest bidder-beware

Dr Theis was impressive. She spent more than an hour with me - asking questions, running tests. She listened when I spoke. Most doctors I know have you in and out as fast as possible. Not here. I'm 56 and she is the first doctor to tell me what was wrong with my eyes even though my issue has been there since birth.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Theis! She is amazing! With all the therapy I received during my concussion recovery, Dr. Theis is the one who helped me the most! She cares, she gave me v effective home exercises to do, and she consistently helped to get me the correct prescription lenses I needed. I would recommend her to anyone!

I was in a severe car accident in July 2020. I suffered from a concussion, mild TBI, vision disturbances amongst other injuries. Before being referred to Dr. Theis I had been in concussion therapy with Sheltering Arms but plateaued. After starting therapy in October 2020 with Dr. Theis and vigorously doing the exercises she gave me every day, I started to see slight improvements each week. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, positive, reassuring, helpful and most of all trustworthy. She brought a sense of calmness to me in a very chaotic and unknown time in my life. She spoke to me in layman's terms and explained anything I didn't quite understand in detail. Hands down, if you need a Neuro-op, CALL HER OFFICE. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Here we are 6 months later and we said our good byes as I am released from her care which is something I never felt would happen when I first started!
