Wilcox Eye Center

My first visit with Dr. Wilcox was fantastic. He was both silly and professional, which made the whole experience warm, welcoming, and refreshingly different from some eye establishments that can feel a bit overbearing. His sense of humor is definitely on the goofy side -- in the best way -- and it instantly put me at ease. What I really appreciated was how much time he spent getting to know me: how I work, what hobbies I enjoy, and what my daily routines look like. All of that helped him determine the lenses that would fit my lifestyle best. He also took the time to talk through my migraines and explain how Neurolens could help, which I really valued. The office staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The optical team that assisted me with picking out new glasses was awesome -- patient, knowledgeable, and great at walking me through pricing and options without making anything confusing or overwhelming. Overall, the whole team made my visit easy, comfortable, and even fun. Highly recommend Wilcox Eye Center!

Was recommended this office by a friend and now I understand why! Incredible experience! Everyone in the office was very professional and great with my kids ! You can tell they enjoy what they do!!! We very much enjoyed all the jokes Dr. Wilcox had up his sleeve! Overall, excellent experience! Definitely recommend!

Everyone at Wilcox eye center is awesome! My experience was great and everyone was wonderful! Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff and Dr. Took their time with me to get everything done and it was truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Wilcox and it's where I will always be going. They are very good at making you feel comfortable and happy while being excellent at what they do!

Friendly and personable staff. They were quick to work me in to address a concern. Dr. Wilcox was thorough in his examination and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining things/answering questions. I've never had an appointment here where I left feeling hurried.

Entire staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Crystal is amazing and super helpful. Extremely thorough eye examination. Regina, Dr. Wilcoxs assistant is outstanding in many ways , friendly, very experienced and does most of the testing. Dr. Wilcox is friendly, easy to talk to and sincerely cares about you as a person and patients eye health. I would definitely recommend him and his staff. Thank you !

What a wonderful and generous surprise! While traveling, a nose pad fell off of my glasses. Pulled in to pay for a repair here and it was the best and sweetest customer service I've had! If you live here you should consider them for all your needs.

Dr Wilcox is a very knowledgeable eye doctor. He has all the newest equipment for him to check your eyes for anything abnormal. I would positively recommend him. The doctor and staff at this office are very pleasant

Very disappointed in this business; do not recommend it. Went for eye exam & glasses on 20 Dec 25. During my exam, the Doctor complained about the government (where I work!), asked his employee how her weekend went?, & talked to his dog, which was laying next to my chair? Very slow appointment; didn't feel confident in it. Then, wanted to use my old frames for the new prescription, but was pressured 3 times with upselling -- even told to buy a new pair of my old frames! (I didn't budge). Was told my eyes would be dilated, but they never were? Never got a call that glasses were ready after 2 weeks went by. Called to check; told glasses were never started! -- no apology. Glasses were finally ready 14 Nov. Went to pick them up & couldn't see out of them; told the lady fitting me my old glasses worked better. Couldn't see close-up (dizzying) or far away (blurry/unreadable). The lady said the doctor had probably "fat-fingered" the prescription. Took 2 weeks to get another appt for a re-exam on 3 Dec. Waited 1 hour & 35 minutes -- doctor never came in. I left for my next appt. The doctor called my cell phone 15 min later. I explained everything to him personally & asked him for a refund. He said he would make sure I got a refund. They kept my old glasses, which I had paid them for those frames also in 2023 (several hundred $$). Still haven't gotten a refund or my old glasses frames back. It's now 14 Dec. Will report this to Better Business Bureau next.
