My experience with Dr. Wilcox and his team was very thorough, professional and extremely comfortable. After not having been to the optometrist in roughly 10 years, I was anxious to go back, but knew It needed to be done. I went to Dr. Wilcox because I knew that he specializes in different eye diseases and conditions. I was happy to receive a full comprehensive exam with the highest quality technology in Optometry. Dr. Wilcox made me feel comfortable throughout the exam process. He taught me a lot while explaining my eye condition while looking at photos of my eyes. The eyeglass selection is very beautiful, and I left feeling like my eyes were in good hands. 8-)

I can't say enough good things about this office! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel cared for -- not just as a patient, but as a person. Their kindness and patience really stood out. It's rare to find a team that genuinely takes the time to help and relate to you on a personal level. Dr. Wilcox is the real deal -- incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and down-to-earth. I really appreciate how thorough he is. He explains things clearly and takes the time to make sure you understand your eye health. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Overall, it's refreshing to find a doctor and staff who combine professionalism, compassion, and genuine kindness. I'm so grateful to have found them and won't be going anywhere else!

Dr Wilcox and his entire staff are very personable and knowledgeable. In most Corporate Practices you are a number and rushed, never once was I rushed, and all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Dr Wilcox and Rachel for professional eye care.

Dr. Wilcox explained my eye exam well. He thoroughly examined my eyes and assessed my vision changes. He is very professional. His staff is very friendly and my prescription is perfect. I will be returning.

Dr Wilcox will hit/abuse your kids. Went to him when I was a child and he would hit you if you weren't deciding fast enough when filling your eye prescription resulting in inaccurate prescriptions because your child will answer as quickly as possible even if they can't see out of the lens just so they don't get hit by Wilcox and leaving your child traumatized by a grown man putting his hands on them. Wilcox is an abuser and should lose his license. Don't bring your children here

Dr. Wilcox made assumptions about my political opinions after I mentioned that american's aren't as litigious as some people think and that the woman who sued McDonalds in the 90's was only asking for medical bills to be paid, but because McDonalds had had many complants of serving coffee about safe consumption temperatures, the judge awarded her millions. He then proceeded to rant about Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. When I went in, I said I only wanted to either get a contact prescription if my insurance covered it. His staff said it would, however they wound up charging me the excess that the insurance wouldn't cover. Now, this is my fault, as I didn't know exactly what my insurance would cover, but his staff shouldn't have told me it would be covered if it wouldn't As far as my prescription, he was rushing me to pick when going between lenses. I wound up with a prescription that is too weak in one eye. (.5 weaker than my previous prescription.) Dr. Wilcox was seemed frustrated that I was going to buy my contacts from an online vendor. I understand that providing the glasses and contacts are his bread and butter, but if simply doing the exam isn't going to cover his expenses, he should either eat the cost and not let the customer know his frustration or change his pricing model so the exam is more cost effective for the business.

Dr. Wilcox was a professional doctor that explained and answered any questions I had in detail. His staff was very friendly and the environment seemed clean and sanitary despite the fact nobody in the office was wearing mask during the global pandemic. Would somewhat recommend
