Highly recommended! Great location in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Didn't take long to get an appointment for myself and 2 kiddos. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with us (my son took a bit to find his glasses). Dr. Frederick was informative and kind. I appreciated her easy to understand answers and examples.

Dr. Frederick is truly exceptional. I actually got emotional during my appointment because she was the first eye doctor who really understood my situation. My case is complicated because of my lazy eye and how my brain compensates, and she immediately recognized what was going on. She even explained why other doctors in the past focused only on my left eye and ignored the right, which finally made everything make sense to me. She was patient, gentle, and never rushed me. She kept adjusting the prescription until it matched what both of my eyes needed, and she explained everything clearly. For the first time, I felt like someone was really listening and taking my vision seriously. I walked out feeling relieved and understood. I'm going to refer everyone I know to Dr. Frederick that's how confident I am in her care. If you have a complex vision issue or just want a doctor who genuinely cares, I highly recommend her.

Exam was fine. However, bringing my own frames to get lenses has been a nightmare (charged $35 because I didn't buy frames there!). From the optician keeping me waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time for no reason, to her not sharing details about my lenses and frames (the lenses were incorrect), to charging me an additional $150 on second visit because she "made a mistake," to failing to fit the frames before and after causing problems, to keeping me on hold for 8 minutes (!) while they "checked on the status," to blaming ME for their screw-ups. Cannot recommend. UPDATE: Worked with another Clearfinity optician, Gretchen. Highly recommend Gretchen for her knowledge and accommodation, especially if you have specifications regarding your lenses.

Had a routine exam. The doctor was very thorough and gave me a great assessment of my vision. I will be back and bring my children.

Dr. Frederick is a very good eye doctor. I have been in contacts for over 40 years, so I've seen many doctors. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and consistently can diagnosis my prescription with quick accuracy. The staff is very friendly and helpful and have always been very professional. Highly recommend this practice.

Front desk got me squared away quickly. Dr. Laura Frederick gave me a very thorough eye exam...I elected to get the add'l retina scan as I had not had an eye check up in about a decade and eye health is getting to be a concern as I age. Getting proper head & eye orientation for the scan was a bit difficult for me ...being unfamiliar with the machine ...but Dr. Laura walked me thru it OK. Afterwards Gretchen out front took me thru all the ins and outs of placing an order for new eyeglasses...showing me how my new plan with VSP worked to my benefit. I told my wife she should get onboard right away with a check up as she is on the same plan as me....

What a difference from my previous eye company!!! Everyone here is so nice and greets you with a smile. I needed to get new glasses for driving because the ones I own have a blue light that scares me while driving. They didn't forget and made sure my new glasses were exactly what I needed. The Dr was amazing and attentive and explained things a lot better than the previous eye company I was going to. She also seems soooo much more knowledgeable. The lady that was helping me select glasses knew exactly what she was doing and automatically picked the ones that would look good on my face. She picked some real good ones and also explained a lot more thoroughly than the previous eye company I went too. Overall it was such a great experience... I will be bringing my father here soon.

I absolutely love and am grateful for the recommendation to this practice. All of the staff are amazing. There is never really a long wait. I am always happy with the service rather purchasing my frames there or bringing my own for them to fill. Dr Frederick is very knowledgeable and personable. I switched to this practice over 5 years ago and haven't looked back
