the lady that was at the desk took me back and did the eye test, She was rude from the start, she acted like she had better things to do and she did not communicate with me at all, and didn't communicate with the kids that went after me when it blew air into the kids eyes. she said at least 3 sentences to me. I've had eye exams before but I would have still liked communication. other than that the doctor who did the actual eye exam was very nice and so was the rest of the staff, they were very helpful and sweet people.

Shady. Initially I was excited about the fast appointment. HOWEVER, the fact that my receipt differs from what they post on their website is SHADY. On the website they include the refraction in the service ( when you look through the different lenses and share which is sharper) but it's taken out when billed because most insurance won't cover it and it is then billed to the unknowing customer. This is their MONEY MAKER and it's shady. They gave me "free" sunglass for buying a year's worth of contacts but I don't like a bait and switch. I'm attaching photos for PROOF before they change their website. Go with a honest business that does not try to make extra money off of folks who are just trying to see clearly. Lorton MyEyeDr. do better.

We are so thankful for the attention to detail and patience from this office. We had a unique order and were treated with nothing but kindness and helpfulness. They were able to track down a unique pair of sports frames and worked to make sure we had everything necessary. The office staff is professional, intentional, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Exam went great, picking out frames went great and all the staff was helpful. When I went back to pick up my new glasses, I explained to the person working that I had never had glasses with nose pads before and would need some help adjusting them. I put them on and could tell they weren't fitting right, but as I've never had this type of frame before wasn't sure how to fix it. The person working adjusted them a bit, I put them on and she said they looked good, so I figured maybe I just needed to get used to them. I drove home looking a fool with the frames WAY too high on my face. Luckily my boyfriend was able to adjust them for me when I got home and explained to me how to do it. Most of my experience was fine at this location, but I feel like if I'm spending $300+ on glasses the absolute least you can do is make sure they're fitting properly on my face ESPECIALLY when I asked for help.

They are unprofessional fist they give me an appointment and they wait till the same day to tell me to reschedule. These ppl think you can drop everything and come whenever they want. Their ppl also seem to have an attitude problem. I will not be going to this location or company ever again so I better not even see an email from yall.

I came today to my local MyEyeDr. I was thinking I'd spend a lot on my Ray Ban frame. Somehow, I lost a tiny screw from the frame and could not wear my glasses anymore. I thought I'd save some money if I bought just a new frame and used the same lenses from the old frame. Mark was able to fix my frame without even charging me for the labor. I'm so grateful and thank you a lot

From my very first visit over a year ago to my most recent visit for new RX glasses, the staff and doctor has been nothing short of fantastic! They have always been courteous, helpful and very informative with all of my questions/concerns. I am not sure if it's just luck that I started coming here when they have an A-plus staff, but it's certainly a solid win for me. So a big Thank You to the current staff for showing me great customer service. :-)
