Let me start with the good. The young tech that took care of me was AMAZING. She has curly hair and was professional and compassionate. I was NOT impressed with the front desk. Not inviting on their phones and uninterested in a new patient. Unfortunately, I had to go there because of a thyroid condition that has to be seen by a specialist. When I called, they only asked for my medical card even after telling them that I had vision. They never explained to me that because they didn't have an optical service attached to them. I would have to pay for a new script for me to get my readers. I run a clinic and I'm super transparent with my patience if I'm even at a network. At checkout, I was given the prescription that I paid for in two hours later when I go to show my husband, the script realized that I had been given someone else's script. This is a huge HIPAA violation. And turn I was more concerned that someone walked away with my information and my script which includes your name address date of birth phone number what else would you need to steal my identity? I went back and asked if I can talk to the tech and she kindly said that I could have a refund since I didn't get what I paid for. I just wanted a refund back. I was impressed with the tech and that's it. I have no idea why the reviews are so awesome on this clinic because I was unimpressed with the doctor. She seemed unfriendly. She spent about 10 minutes with me and never saw her again. Maybe it's me but this area Must have a lot of people with very low expectations because there are so many reviews on so many businesses that are just downright horrible.

Dr. Majlessi and her team are very knowledgeable and dedicated to their patients. They are very professional and always looking out for their patients. They have done an excellent job with my cataract removal surgeries (R/L). They have given me the sight of a twenty year old. I thank God for Dr Majlessi. I am always recommending their office to my friends, family and neighbors. They are the best .

I am very disappointed with my experience at THE YE MD. As a pregnant patient, I called two weeks prior to my appointment to confirm that they accepted my insurance. I even uploaded all required documents well in advance. However, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment after waiting two weeks and driving 45 minutes, I was told--very rudely by the receptionist--that they do not accept my insurance. She stated they would bill the insurance but if it didn't pay, I would be responsible. I was shocked, especially after having confirmed this over the phone before even scheduling. The receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional, repeatedly giving the same response with no empathy or solution. I do not recommend this practice, especially to other expecting mothers. Patients deserve clarity, respect, and care.

Dr. Majlessi and her staff were fantastic! I had a bit of an emergency and with little notice, they squeezed me in. The issue was difficult to figure out and treat. However, Dr. Majlessi showed outstanding commitment to my wellness! She is simply terrific!

This office is excellent. It's clean, neat, and well organized. The staff is kind, professional, and efficient. Dr. Majlessi is outstanding. She expresses genuine caring for her patients issues. She takes the time and effort to thoroughly explain her diagnosis and care plan to patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking eye care.

My first visit was met with professionalism, friendly and courteous service. My appointment had little wait time just enough to fill paperwork. The office was modern and clean. The state of the art equipment for testing was easy to maneuver. The assistants and Dr. Majlessi seemed very competent and caring. I feel I received Blue ribbon treatment.

My experience with Dr. Majlessi and Staff has been one of great comfort. Everyone is always very professional, with over-the-top attention to detail. I was referred to her office by my Pulmonary Specialist and I have no problem referring her to my friends and acquaintances! Thank You All Very Much!

I have been a patient of Dr. Majlessi for years! What I most appreciate is her thoroughness during the exam, and her both her willingness and ability to speak to me in layman terms so that I leave her office with zero questions. I have never once felt rushed to leave, once the exam is completed. I cannot say that about all my doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Majlessi to anyone who desires competent medical care.
