I met with Dr. Quraishi and she was very kind and explained in detail the pictures of my eyes in a way that I could understand. Her team was very sweet from the front desk all the way to the end when I met with Johana for my glasses. My wife and I are very please with the service we received.

I wouldn't classify the staff as friendly or unfriendly...they do their jobs and they're pleasant enough. The doctor was also very pleasant and willing to hear questions. I received a regular eye exam and the doctor got me a trial pair of contacts. I could tell immediately after putting the right one in that it wasn't the correct prescription. While mistakes happen and it was corrected, it was off-putting that the doctor blamed me/my eyes. Last I checked, she was the one who did the exam, and she decided to go with what a machine had told her rather than with what the actual exam revealed. It's ok to admit mistakes.

Absolute scam artist. The doctor was very nice but the office manager is a crook. The DOB on my insurance card was incorrect which I let them know prior to making an appointment, so after order the glasses for my daughter and husband which totaled about $350 I didn't get the glasses, I called after 2 weeks to find out the order wasn't even placed. So I wanted my full refund and the office manager refuse to give me my money , his exact words were "Well I'm not the one that gave the wrong information " how unprofessional. Anyway the doctor was good but beware of the scammer that hold the position of office manager.

The folks who work here are amazing. They are friendly, caring and very accommodating! I have dealt with Luis, Johana, Lauren and Dr. Qureshi. All of them are great, professional and welcoming. I highly recommend them for your vision check up and glasses.

Excellent customer service, quick return with finished glasses, and consistently good eyeglass prescriptions over 2 years and multiple family members. Worked seamlessly with my insurance. Better selection of frames and easier to get service than at Costco. MUCH better prescriptions and higher quality frames than at Visionworks. Convenient location and easy parking. Handicap access.

Have gone to this Eyecare practice for a few years now, liked the doctor I saw the first two times. This time I got to my appointment and was told my usual doc was not there and would another one be okay. Well I'm there now and miffed that I wasn't informed ahead of time but I go ahead with it. New doc is very new, she even looked at notes when she was setting up my test and had a lot of trouble with the software. Other than that, seemed competent. She suggested changes to my glasses and contacts. Told her I was wary about change to contacts as current prescription worked well for me, but she talked me into a trial of the new ones. Ordered new glasses and was told if I didn't like the trial contacts just call back to get the script for my old ones. Contacts did not work out well so called a few days later, on a Tuesday, to ask them to email me old contact script so I can order as I was running out. They said that doc was out till Friday and no one else can send me the old script because she has to sign it. Fine, not happy but okay. No call or email on Friday or Monday so I call on Monday. Now told she's out till Wednesday, so she didn't do it when she was there on Friday. I asked if another doctor could do it and again told no. So they can't reach her to do this remotely?? Really?! So finally Wednesday I get an email with attached script. Except it doesn't look right. And it's not since it's the script for my glasses. Another call to clear that up and the staff member I spoke with wasn't even apologetic about any of this. So now it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have new glasses even though I was told it would be about 2 weeks. Only reason for 3 stars is because the staff was friendly during time I was in the office, though not helpful at all with follow up. Would guess this is another corporate ownership that screws up every small business.

I last went to this practice once, in 2020. Every month, since then, I get calls reminding me to come back, despite blocking over 15 automated numbers from them. This is insane. I just needed frames back then and dont even live in the area anymore. I told them in 2023- remove me from the patient list, i moved. Still, i get calls from them from various area codes. Stafford, Alexandria, etc. Feel free to be a patient here if you want to be bothered for half a decade later.

Johanna was a very attentive person, she cared for every detail and was very kind to my sibling!
