A little more than a year ago I decided to get my eyes examined and since they are close to where I live I decided to try them. The staff is always very friendly, professional and courteous. I had just recently been diagnosed with glaucoma and in discussing my previous treatment I learned that they too could provide me treatment for my glaucoma. I'm so glad that I went here for my eye exam because they have made a positive difference in how I was being treated for my glaucoma. Yes, I highly recommend them for an eye exam and new glasses.

I have been taking my child to this establishment for about 5 years and have received a great customer experience each visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mita Gupta is an excellent doctor with great bedside manner. She is very good with children and is personable with everyone. I appreciate Her interpersonal skills and caring attitude. She listens when you are speaking and asking questions which is also appreciated. We look forward to the next appointment at this establishment.

I'm very impressed with this place. I took my 6 year old child there to get his eye exam. First of all, the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The staff is so good with kids and the eye Dr is absolutely amazing! She was very thorough with the exam, we haven't felt rushed (which is rare nowadays). She explained everything and she even let my 6 year old ask her questions about his eyes and she explained everything the way he would understand and showed him pictures of his eyes, etc. I absolutely loved this place and so did my kids. I was extremely overdue for an eye exam as I used to be afraid of going to the optometrist when I was a kid. Dr. Gupta gave me the best eye exam I ever had.

Where do I start. I have been coming here for about two years now. I've always had a great experience and always been treated with respect and a lot of care. One of their techs named Mo or Mau is simply amazing. He is knowledgeable and understands his craft completely. I have gotten two pairs of glasses here and each time he understands what I want and what I need. He is very helpful, takes his time and it seriously becomes a team effort to make sure I am good. More recently, I came here for my contact lenses exam. A quick back story: I have a very bad astigmatism and in 2021 I spent over a year trying to find a comfortable and good working contact lens. I was going to a different place before that starts with the letter "A" and they are also in Manassas. Now, it's not that that place had poor service. I did appreciate their intention. BUT after having Dr Byrnes take a look at my previous contacts prescription, she suggested a whole new approach and it was perfect. I cannot express how happy I am with the outcome of my exam. I used to be on XR prescriptions which are basically custom prescriptions and very expensive. I thought from my previous examiner that those were really my only and best option because that is what she told me. But Dr Byrnes proved that wrong immediately. Dr Byrnes and her team are very knowledgeable and they took good care of me. For the first time, I was able to wear comfortable contact lenses that do not cause irritation and even feel like they are not there. I was able to see the word chart with very little effort on both eyes. Finally, the icing on the top was finding out the cost for this new contact lens prescription. The previous year (October 2023) I paid $495 for a year supply of my contacts. But now, I paid only less than $150!!!!! (Both prices are after my insurance benefit) Simply because of the knowledge and experience Dr Byrnes has. She knew I did not need a custom and crazy "strong" prescription that would also put a dent in my pocket. She talks you through what she observes and informs you of your best options. I am completely satisfied, happy and very grateful. I love outdoor activities, swimming, refereeing and coaching soccer and these contacts have been a game changer for everything. Thank you to Dr Byrnes and her team: the receptionist, Technician Tiffany, and Mo. Thank you guys soo much!

I have had three sets of glasses over three years prepared by Prince William Eye Associates. The best ever. Mo, the optician, is AMAZING. He patiently worked with me to design a pair of hand crafted eye glasses made in Europe. He thought of everything: the shape of my face, best frame colors, best lens, etc. And the glasses were not crazy expensive compared to other optical businesses. Mo is competent, goes way out of his way to leverage his industry contacts for special orders and is a genuinely nice person. Thank you!

We love the customer service here. Our daughter (age 10) has Down Syndrome and doesn't always display the best patience. So we came in with frames from a different vendor. Mo was INCREDIBLY patient with her. She loved how the front desk and opticians made her feel welcome and beloved. We will be back

There are so many choices when choosing eye care and glasses. In the end, all provide the same exam and products, at a fairly similar price. Therefore the differentiating factor in today's market place simply comes down to customer service. This office has the best group of associates from the minute you walk in, to the exam component, to the glasses/contacts selection, to the billing. Everyone does their role with a great smile and attitude. I give an extra shout out to Mo! He will get you the frames that you want and advise you on which ones are best for you. You can tell he wants every customer to leave with a smile on their face. This is especially important as he is the last person a customer sees throughout their eye appointment journey. Mo -
