My family has been seeing Dr. Butera for many years, across different ages and needs, and we have always found her to be both highly competent and deeply caring. She is thoughtful, thorough, and clearly committed to doing what is best for her patients. Appointments are efficient but never rushed, and questions are taken seriously and answered clearly. As a parent, I value her professionalism, expertise, and steady presence. We trust her completely and are grateful to have found a doctor who combines skill with genuine concern for her patients. We feel lucky to have a doctor who is both highly skilled and genuinely invested in her patients. She has been a wonderful presence in our family's eye care and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Everyone at the Eye Center Manassas was professional and friendly. This was my first time with Dr. Dalal, and she was great! Honest, willing to answer my (many) questions about my recovery from a recent eye bleed, and helpful more than I had ever expected. They are all part of a terrific team!

I had an appointment and as I was waiting for the elevator to come down, I heard laughter and 3 fills came out happy from after visiting the eye doctors. As I walked to the desk to sign in, I was greeted with smiling faces. I sat for 1 minute then was called back for my visit. Amber, the nurse was pleasant and definitely focused on testing my eyes. I then was seen by my doctor who was full of joy and also knew her work checking my eyes. What an experience! As a retired Operations Manager, my focus was on customer service and giving the best, the folks are to be commended for excellent service! Thank you!

I love this practice. From the front desk personnel ladies, to Amber (eye tech) and Dr Siv, it's excellent service. I just learned there is a new owner and I hope everything works out well for everyone involved. I love this practice as it is and I hope any changes that are being made are for the good of everyone involved and that the transition period is smooth.

I was very impressed with both professionalism and the friendliness of the staff. And the fact that they were willing to take care of me right away when they Ascertained that I had something that needed to be attended to. They got me in the same day, even though I was a new patient.

Check in was easy, the staff were very professional and the doctor of audiology (Au.D.) was very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. My overall experience was outstanding.

I've been a patient of the Eye Center for over 25 years and I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I've received. The front office staff are always welcoming and helpful and the doctors are very professional and supportive. Doctor Crosson and doctor Mahboobi are amazing!

The staff at the Manassas office was very efficient. I was seen right away, which isn't always the case at the Sterling office. I have been going to the Eye Center for 30 plus years. The doctors are excellent, and I'm sure they are very busy. The wait times have not stopped me from going there.
