I purchased my glasses elsewhere, but they didn't fit quite right. My eyelashes kept hitting my lenses and they were sitting too low on my nose. I went in first thing in the morning, and they were happy to adjust my glasses for me. They also recommended some stick on glasses pads to lift my frames up a little. Now my new glasses fit perfectly! They were very friendly and helpful, and the service was quick and effective. Thanks so much guys!

I ordered glasses and Walmart customer service in the vision center is usually good. But I tried to call them to see if my glasses were in today. Their phones were done. Had to drive all thw way there then had to go through the COVID protocol. Then the Manager Scott copped an ATTITUDE because I questioned why both pair of glasses were not there. He stated " That is a suggested time not when they actually be here." Why on GOD'S green earth would they say they would be after making me pay in advance for their service? Really they need better help.

Bad experience with walmart eyecare center purchased prescription lens there with glare protection did not have protection took them back the man was very rude to tell me there was glare protection I wear the glasses and it was not he stated there was nothing he could do my first time using them and the LAST!!!!!
