Front desk didn't seem so happy to help me at first but still kept professionalism which is still appreciated. My glasses broke and I needed to get new ones and contacts. I had to do a virtual consult without appointment, they got me in fast, the process was fast and easy. I unfortunately forgot her name, but the sales person that helped me pick my frames was really nice and helpful.

I physically came into the office and scheduled an appointment well in advance. They cancelled it because it wasn't confirmed by there automated system! So I left work for an appt I had scheduled well in advance to be told it was cancelled. I love Dr. Townsend but wish he wasn't affiliated with such a rude and inconsiderate chain!

Terrible customer service. Our race seemed to play a part in how we were treated. I asked a few questions about pricing and opal then told me I could no longer buy glasses because I was "wasting her time" and had to pay for the eye exam separately because I wanted to know my options before moving ahead. Good customer service is needed when buying something that will be displayed on your body for an extended period of time. I wish I could give 0 stars will never go back.

I have been going to americas best since I was about years old and now in my 20's and this by far was one of best experiences I have EVER had at america's best. Dr. Townsend was absolutely amazing and I felt listened to. He talked over all options and even reviewed eye imaging in depth. The front staff were super nice and helpful when looking at frames and I didn't feel rushed.

My daughter and I both had recent appointments at this location, and our experiences were largely positive. Olivia was incredibly kind and helpful, and Dr. Townsend was outstanding--extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I didn't catch the name of the lady who did our pre-tests but she was wonderful as well. We felt well taken care of. The only downside was the front desk staff. While they weren't rude, they were rather quiet and lacked the warmth and friendliness that would have made the experience even better. Overall, I would still highly recommend this location and have already recommended it to my coworkers.

The staff was wonderful, pleasant, comforting to talk to, and were highly skilled at engaging with the client in such a way as to make one feel welcomed.

I have used America's Best for years, but today was the first time I have visited this location for service. First, there was no good morning and smiling faces when I entered the business. This was a first in all my experiences. Unfortunately after the experience I had today, I will not ever schedule for service at this location again. I have completed the contact form on the website to provide full details of my experience. Now I understand why no customers were in the facility when I arrived, but still couldn't be seen because I arrived after the doctor's 10 minutes grace period. However 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment the text message response I received said that an appointment was not found to confirm; however, I still went to the location. After the treatment I received, my fiance who was scheduled to be seen as well told the front desk person to go ahead and cancel his appointment since this location was not willing to accommodate me. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I made my appointment.

Front desk does not know how to communicate or have good customer service skills to adequately assist with any tye of information. Twice I have called and received incorrect or information that would've been greatly necessary. My contacts got mishandled and lost nobody even asked who they were and the lady did not even try to help search or ask if anyone had touched or seen them. The optometrist is the only reason I visit at all and was the only one that assisted and offered another pair even though they were not the colored or type that I had before. I will never buy anything from any associate here or ask any information because anytime you even tell them or ask why the important info wasn't relayed to the customer, they bring pretend security out to tell you information that you already knew like a child instead of correcting the problem. 5 years and still customer service skills is the worst at this location. There is only one guy who actually smiles and ready to take and talk and give solid advice about services besides the eye dr. That's the only reason for 2 stars one for each of them.
