Always a great experience seeing Dr. Lumpkin. Always kind, warm and professional. Never too busy to actually listen to my concerns and never rushes. He was also amazing with my two children who recently had their first eye appointments with him. He and his staff made the experience very comfortable, fun and interesting. I have been coming to Richmond Eye Associates for the last 20 years (I guess I'm getting old). It's where I got my first pair of glasses when I was 12 years old from Dr. Lumpkin. Highly recommend this place as they are extremely professional and the wait times are minimal. They always have a great selection for in house glasses but they also understand if you just want your prescription to buy glasses online. (My eyes were dilated this visit, I had to take photos of the ones I thought I would like. They were very understanding )

No appt. I came in and asked for Dr. Holley. Took less than 10 min. Nurse got me back there and looked at my eyes, check my vision. Dr. Holley came in , checked my eyes and explained to me ( in actual english) what was going on. I was relieved and happy when I left. ( except it was super bright outside, but they give you sunglasses).
