Im so grateful for Dr. Al-Dabbagh. He is managing my eye condition while also taking a comprehensive approach by assessing other body systems to ensure an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. His thoroughness and attentiveness truly set him apart. I only wish he were my primary care physician.

If I could give a zero star, I would. My first experience a couple of years ago was good when I needed an appointment unexpectedly after my yearly eye exam when my optometrist saw a concern with my retina. I have left this practice because last year (2024) I had to reschedule my yearly follow up appointment THREE times!!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled my yearly follow up appointment for 2025. I scheduled my appointment and within a couple of weeks, I got a phone call saying they needed to reschedule. I tried to be understanding and rescheduled my appointment. A couple of weeks later, I got another phone call saying I needed to reschedule my appointment. At this point, I am livid. My husband and I are having to take time off from work because "the doctor isn't going to be in then office that day." This is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL asking patients to reschedule THREE times!!! They don't value their patients or their schedules. I was told that I could go to another office. Absolutely not. I picked this particular office because it is close to where I live. I was then told that I could be seen on Dec. 24th. I just laughed because the likelihood of that appointment not being canceled seemed a little far fetched since they couldn't keep an appointment on a random Wednesday in December. I told the person that I was moving practices because I was done with their unprofessionalism and their lack of care for patients. I have since changed practices and had a WONDERFUL experience. I didn't feel like I was being pushed through the assembly line. The doctor (yes, I actually saw a doctor and wasn't shoved off to a PA) was more thorough than any of the staff I ever saw here. My conclusion...bigger isn't always better.

Dr. Berger is always very professional and straightforward with his advice and care. A very knowledgeable physician with a steady hand for injections which is very important to me. Also a very friendly guy that I feel is someone I would be friends with even if he wasn't my doctor. All around great guy.

I awakened at 6am this morning with pain in my right eye. It was so bad that it seemed like the whole right side of my face ached. I texted my boss, then went to WKI with no appointment, hoping they'd fit me in. Thankfully, they did. Dr. Berger & the staff were all fantastic. He was very kind and compassionate about my eye discomfort. Only thing, I don't understand why they don't use gloves when touching my face and eyes, especially after typing on the keyboard. I wish they would. But great visit. I love this office, they're always so amazing.

We are completely satisfied. From the moment we walked in the door with the front desk until leaving we were well taken care of. Everyone we dealt with was amazing. They were very polite, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr Dabaugh is an amazing Doctor. He takes his time and answers any questions as well as goes over your history to make sure everything is accurate. My husband and I both go to him and say the same thing. If you are looking for a Doctor that specializes in eyes and eye diseases he is who you want working with you as well as his staff.

Drs Wagner, Kapoor and Berger have cared for my eye needs for a couple of years now. The Doctors and their staff have always been highly professional. I am always treated with the utmost respect and kindness.

Dr Kapour is just amazing !! His friendly manner puts you at ease on every visit. He's just simply the best.

I was very impressed with Dr. Al-Dabbagh. My retina detached & he repaired my retina & a week later he did laser surgery on it. I am recovering now. I am very fortunate that he was available. He has a great personality & very explanatory. I recommend him vet highly.
