This place is great! Amanda and Katie at the front desk were knowledgeable and informative. Dr. Harold's eye exam was quick and efficient yet he took the time to answer any questions I had. Maggie and Don went above and beyond to pick out frames for our entire family and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even though they are pretty far from where we live, they're worth the drive. 5 stars!

The absolute worst experience I've had with an optometrist. I brought in my frames to have a new Rx put into them. I paid out of pocket and waited to hear back from them. Two and a half weeks later I called THEM to ask if my glasses were ready, they said "yes." I picked up my glasses and a few days later- I noticed the integrity of my frames had minor cracks. I then noticed that the lenses were THICK, and not inset to the frame! I do not have bi-focals and the new Rx was only a slight increase from the previous Rx. When I returned to question: "Why would you all not keep the frame/lenses uniform? Why would putting a thicker lense in such small frames be the best decision to make?" I was told I didn't "ask" for thinner lenses! Thing is: I've never had to ask that, nor have been asked if I wanted thinner lenses. The only thing the Lebow eye associate asked (at initial visit) was about transition lenses- which I also paid for. To add insult to injury- my favorite frames were broken when another associate attempted to "pop-out" the newer lense in order to switch it out with the older lense, for comparison purposes! We never got to compare. So, I've left my frames with them for 2nd time in over a month. Of course I'm paying the difference of thinner lenses. (Wasn't charged for repair).

My experience at Lebow Eye Associates was nothing short of amazing! From the minute my boys and I walked in, we received a warm greeting from everyone. It was pretty hot outside today and one of the most kind hearted ladies also working there asked if we wanted some cold water. She brought us some water and began to make friends with my boys. Her calmness yet warm and playful energy made us really feel special and cared for. The doctor was also great! This was our first time at this place and I'm proud to say we've found our eye doctor office home! This place is a 10/10 and yes, I highly recommend!!

All my experiences at Lebow have been excellent. As soon as I walk in the door, the front office staff, Maggie, Trina, Kirstin, Amanda and Katie, ALL work as a team to ensure great eye care. Once tested and ready to meet the doctor, the experience just gets better with professionalism, care, truth and grace. I do not want to go anywhere else, and look forward to going again.

My first visit here and I must say that I'm very impressed the staff here was absolutely wonderful my husband had visited before I did and he was very happy with his service good people today are rare and few!!! The team here has a wonderful atmosphere of care and patience I highly recommend this staff will be a forever customer!!! Thanks again!!! I love my glasses

Very happy with my whole experience! The front desk was super friendly when I checked in for my appointment. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable and went out of his way to go over pictures of my eyes with me and put some of my concerns at ease! And I don't feel like I was being upsold on the glasses. They showed me my options and explained what would probably be best for my prescription but I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. At my last eye doctor, it was $600 for my exam, frames, and lenses. Here everything was just over $200! Will definitely be back! I'm so happy to find a good reliable eye doctor!

Service so far has been wonderful up to this point. I haven't ordered or received my glasses yet so hopefully all goes well, if not I will be back to change my review. They did find a very serious condition that needed further reviewing by a specialist and very greatful for that extra step that I wasn't aware of but turned very serious very quickly. If I had a recommendation it would be to work on the website where your customers can shop for glasses/contacts or try them on virtually so people like myself who live in Dinwiddie can shop for glasses without having to go to the store when I think I changed my mind on the style that I already picked out and want to change it now.

Can you love going to the eye Dr? I've been coming here for a few years now, on the recommendation from a friend, and Dr Lebow is fantastic. Great selection of frames, too! My last visit was probably the best one, Ashley (pretty sure that was her name) was so helpful and professional. I really appreciated her help! I'll keep recommending this practice to everyone because I truly enjoy the service I receive.
