I've been calling to schedule an appointment for weeks and they never answer the phone or call back after I leave multiple messages. To me this seems like a sign to stay away.

Was with this location for a few years. Any doctor can give you an eye exam, but only this business can give you the worst customer service on earth. They don't answer the phone, are unhelpful when they do, and the actual hours are not listed on Google. It's been years and it hasn't improved a bit. I've been waiting since yesterday for the receptionist to ask the doctor a quick question and get back to me. That's the second time that's happened. I'm sure they'll call.

This place is super unprofessional . Told us our glasses would be ready in 2 WEEKS . Was told to keep in mind that they're a bit busy right now .. ok waited 2 MONTHS and called asking about the frames . Was told by receptionist they'd get in contact with us, NEVER DID so I called again . ONCE AGAIN SAID SHE'D CALL US and never received any kind of contact from them . Waited yet another month and receptionist was rude, not wanting to give us any kind of information . Called us for once and told us that they're on back order and were recently shipped. They have AWFUL costumer service and do not communicate what so ever. They need a new receptionist and a new way of doing things because instead of telling us the frames we picked were on back order and JUST CALLING to give us any updates, they don't let us know anything after 3 months. This is the second time we've come to this eye place and the first experience was the same . They will NEVER call you

It was so so hard to even make an appointment because they so rarely answer the phone. Then they said that they take Medicaid for my daughter, but after her appointment they NEVER CALLED to say that the glasses for her had come in. We called them back repeatedly but never got a call back. They took our Medicaid dollars but my daughter has never gotten her glasses, over a year later! Terrible.

After feeling confused about the situation I incurred there. Dr.Ajit called me and reassured me everything would be taken cared of. The Doctor was very kind to me and a man of his word, My visit was excellent and all problems were solved. THANK YOU DR. TIWARI AJIT

I have been a patient of Dr. Tiwari for over 19 years. He is thorough, kind and answers any questions you may have. He is a wonderful person.

It had been awhile since I've been to see the doctor even with that they were still current on my records did a lot of reviews I'm let me know where things are going how good how bad and that's really what I appreciate about them
