The experience was good. The staff were friendly. The appointment was timely. Tara was very personable and professional. Tara and I personally connected about walking routines. Cathy, the lady who helped with ordering the glasses was amazing. She was friendly, kind, patient and extremely helpful during the appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the frames and insurance coverage. She even came to the exam room to greet and escort me to the Eyewear area. That really exceeded my expectations and made the experience exceptional.

I love Dr Testamark, I've been seeing her since she was at chesterfield Towne center. She's very professional and takes time to get to know you. The only thing I don't like is how you have to make a separate appointment to look at the eye glasses. I completely understand having an appointment if you find a pair that you want to move forward with buying. But I would love for them to adjust the policy a little and let us at least look around.
I live in Henrico,Va and they are a good ways away. if I made a separate appt and ended up not finding anything, it would feel like a huge waste of time and gas. That's why I would love to at least be able to window shop after my eye appointment. Please take my suggestion into consideration. Besides that, if you're looking for an eye doctor this is it !

I would give them a zero!!! They didn't understand my eye disease, they over charged me $400 for contacts. When my dog ate one, they refused to help me get another one AND I was willing to pay for another one! They don't have their "contacts in this year" WHAT THE WHAT?!? Just don't go there, they won't help ...
Edited to add: it very much DID happen, I called exactly 42 minutes ago and the girl on the phone had to call the "office manager". I like how every bad review you get, you say it isn't there .... I actually got your phone number from Google and they ask me for a review. Stop Lying to customers!!!! Oh! And they refuse to release my old prescription and info. I spoke to Jessica all times!

I'm a new patient and making the appointment was very easy. The day that I called they actually had a cancellation for the next day so I was able to grab that. Everyone was so nice. They included the young lady at the window, the young lady who did my eye test and then I saw Dr. Testamark, who was so patient and really knowledgeable of eye vision. I mentioned I suffer with dry eyes a lot and she recommended some dry eye drops and even gave me samples and a coupon which I went out and used that day. Then it was time to choose my new glasses and the lady (she introduced herself but I forgot her name) was very helpful when it came to breaking down what insurance will cover and my out of pocket cost. The entire experience was lovely. I will definitely be back next year for my annual eye visit.
