Highly recommend! The eye exam was very comprehensive. They explained each step and were very good to ask for permission first on optional tests. Grace walked me through what was covered by my insurance.and immediately found a pair of glasses that met my needs. The total cost was significantly less than what I have paid in the past.

I had a fantastic experience at The Eye Institute of Reston. From the moment I walked in, everyone in the office was warm, welcoming, and professional. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, the glasses and contact specialist took the time to answer all my questions, and the doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. What really stood out was how invested the entire team seemed in their patients. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with every step of the process. It's clear they care about providing excellent care and creating a positive experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great eye care team in the area.

Moved to the area and needed a new Optometrist to renew my prescriptions so I could order more contacts. The actual doctor was good and somewhat personable. Everyone seemed a bit disengaged and ready to go home but I did go on a Friday afternoon. I have insurance but there are still add-ons that you should be prepared to pay for out of pocket such as: Refraction and Healthcare History - $10 Retinal Scan - $39 Contact Fitting (?) - $40 Actual contacts seems to be marked up at a premium. I got a years worth of Biofinity which did not arrive for two weeks after order placement. When I called to inquire, it seemed they forgot to add my prescription (what I went there to get) to the order so it never went through (?). Lady who helped me sort it out was nice. Doctor saw something in my scans and sent me to a specialist for a second opinion. The specialist that I was sent to looked at me confused because he didn't realize why I was sent there. Told me I everything was fine, my issue was common and normal, and to come back "when I am older", then billed me for $556. Not all of this attributes to this particular establishment but do get ready to possibly start an adventure through the long, confusing, frustrating, and expensive journey that is the American healthcare industry.

Came to this store for my eye exam, contacts, and some new glasses. Grace helped me get my insurance and pricing sorted out and was exceptionally helpful. When I came to get my contacts, there had been an issue with my insurance, but Grace swept in again to get it taken care of! I highly recommend The Eye Institute of Reston for any and all of your eye care needs!

Absolutely loved this place! Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming, from the front desk, through the appointment, to helping me choose new frames. A huge shout out to Grace for guiding me through selecting the perfect lenses and frames; she was exceptionally kind, personable, and helpful. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!

Dr. Kim is always on time and shows a great deal of interest in her patients. She is very personable and knowledgable and I have found her to be quite helpful with my severe dry eye condition. I recommend this office highly.

The staff are incredibly kind and want the best outcome for you! Grace did a phenomenal job at helping me find the best glasses as I move into progressive lenses! Her caring and listening ear, along with her years of experience, set her apart from other eye doctor practices.

I loved my experience at Eye Institute of Reston! I really appreciated how thorough my doctor was with my eye exam. They were also quite helpful picking out the best frames and lenses for me. Check-in and billing were smooth. Great job all around!
