Dr Allen is my absolute favorite Dr!!!!.... I have seen her for a number of years and hate to think of trusting anyone else with my vision needs. The new location is wonderful and very comfortable. Recently relocated to Rocky Mount and my first appointment was top notch! The staff were friendly and the tests went well. Really liked the doctor and felt he was knowledgeable and personable. I did need to tweak my old prescription and the optometrist worked with me to find just what I was looking for. They really deserve five stars and I will readily recommend them to family and friends!

Dr Ali was great!! I have not had an eye exam that thru since I was younger. I have other eye exams but he did great. He is a kind and nice doctor. Definitely would refer him as a eye provider.

First visit will not be back due to the doctor, but staff was great and friendly wished the doctor would match the staff. Doctor didn't listen, and treated my symptoms and concerns as a joke. Never been treated so badly to rate my experience as poor is too generous
