Dr Wong and staff were professional, positive, very personable, smiling. Dr. Wong discovered a potential problem during my appointment and has referred me to a specialist. I am grateful for Dr Wong.

Told there is a yr warranty on frames & lens but now that my nose piece has broken off for the 2nd time within that year I can't get it fixed unless I pay for it.....how does that make sense with a one year warranty......we can't help if the nose piece breaks off or getting caught on our clothes of hoodies while putting them over our head.....this is pathetic & sad for them to tell you one thing but put limited time it can happen.....that's the case then they should tell you it can only happen one time & not use a year warranty......tell you one thing but use.loop holes to get out of helping the customers.

Kenna was amazing to work with very helpful. She is very friendly easy to work with..Kat not very respectful..I came to look at glasses then Kat came over with the paper work and gave it to Kenna and said you can take them..very rude not professional..

Dr. Wong is exceptional! He's very friendly and strives to make sure his patients are comfortable and happy with his recommended eye care plan. However, make sure you bring a novel to read while you're waiting. Every year, I consistently have to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. No need to arrive early to fill out the paperwork, because that will not expedite the process. I feel this location needs another optometrist to help lighten the load of the patients, hence only 4 stars.

Doctor and lady looks at your eyes is super nice . That's why we go there but the store manager she is something else . Different lady was helping me and some how store manager comes back with my glass and never introduced her self or nothing and had bad attitude about it because I asked them to fix my glass because middle part was off and had glue all over it . And I asked her name she said my name is Cathy and I am the store manager . And I said well I guess your the one I was looking for last time as you never called me back. Oh boy her face expression showed she was mad and she wanted me to get out store so fast. She said have a good day . Lol . Looks like she doesn't like her job or her Custemors . Just remember store manager because of people like us spending money there --you having job . Because of Medicaid Custemors you have a job . Never talk bad or down talk on people on Medicaid because you don't know their story . Be thankful you have a job and appreciate your Custemors . Way you handle your Custemors will bring no business to your store and you will be out of job be cause of your attitude. Because of the store manager attitude you lost my family business of 10 people plus I am going to tell all my neighbors and friends about you how nasty you treat people . Your tone of voice and your body language showed who you are .

Had my apt today! Dr. Wang was very precise in the exam. He is very friendly and kind. The appointment was very short scheduled for 9 and was about about 1015ish The staff, very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back here and my kids also!

The Dr is wonderful here hands down, however the administration is not. I had my routine checkup and new prescription as per usual and waited the 15 days for glasses to come in. Somehow on the paperwork sent to the lab the eyes got switched so the glassed were incorrect when I went to pick them up. They were apologetic and said they would try to have them expedited. I went ahead and paid bill in full to avoid that additional headache later. 3 business days later (there was a weekend gap) I get a call saying my glasses were ready. I said really that was fast but shrugged it off as if it was just quick expedition. 20 minute drive later I get there to find out they mixed up my old and new paperwork! My glasses were indeed not ready and once again I wasted time, energy and gas. I feel they need a better system... nice enough just operationally below acceptable for a practice like this.

I hadn't had an eye exam in a little over 10 years so it felt new all over again. The people were friendly and helpful and patient but when it came time to the actual exam, that felt a little rushed. I know it's all routine for the doctor, but I like to really experience things like that and feel important. The girl that helped me with finding the right pair of glasses was very patient and friendly with me and explained everything for me. I will keep going back for future appointments.
