Dr. Foster and his staff were very professional and efficient during my entire exam period. I arrived, was given exams by staff and then examined for my prescription by Dr. Foster who was a very good eye doctor IMO. He worked my new prescription, listened to my needs eyeglasses, explained the current health of my eyes, and gave me exactly what I needed in a prescription. No BS, no fluff, no scare tactics because I've experienced that before with eye doctors. Which is why I stayed away for so long. I highly recommend Dr. Foster and his staff for a positive, productive experience. And the cost (out of pocket) was also reasonable IMO for this day and age of excessive inflation.

Dr Foster is great but his staff (Kaitlin) is incompetent. I had an appointment on January 3 and I'm still waiting for them to send over a referral a month later. They won't call me back. When I finally spoke to someone she lied and claimed the referral was sent over the morning of the 3rd, my appointment was in the afternoon. Then she tried to blame the system for not being able to send a referral. If Dr Foster tells you he's referring you to someone else just get a new eye doctor.
