This was my first time visiting Coastal Vision, and I had such a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked through the door, Janet greeted me with a smile. She explained all the forms clearly and made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Wang is excellent! He took his time during my exam and explained everything thoroughly. He was personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Josilyn is the best. She was so sweet, friendly, and incredibly helpful when it came to choosing frames. Vision is so important, and I'm grateful to have found a place I trust and genuinely enjoy.

I have been going to Coastal Vision in the Harborview location in Suffolk for several years and have never been disappointed. In fact, very impressed by the professionalism and efficiency by all. I had an appointment today, and Dr. Gonzales explained in depth to me some great answers I have had for a very long time. She was great. Janet is reception is amazing on the phone, and very friendly and professional in person. Josilyn showed great patience and had a wealth of knowledge regarding what was involved in insurances and certain options and explained everything extremely well. Definitely the eye place to recommend!

This is the second time going to coastal vision. This experience was definitely better. The doctor seemed to be a good listener. If selecting lenses be sure to get the tech to slow down and explain details. It seems as if she expects you to be just as knowledgeable of the terms and process as she is. Her job is to introduce you to what's available and not be so pushy. However, I would recommend Coastal Vision (Harbour View)

I am very pleased with the service in both Chesapeake and Suffolk. Tina in Suffolk has the greatest patience as i had difficulty choosing. It was the first time i went to an optician here and i don't regret it. I come from Sweden and it is new things to discover and learn how everything works here in the US. She helped me understand. The treatment was cheerful and very nice.
