There was some required information that wasn't given to me initially that caused my surgery to be canceled (after I traveled 1 hour) and the rescheduled. Now I've received 2 texts saying I owe 2 amounts (both because of this mistake) that I haven't paid...and don't plan to.

Dr. Salib is skillful. I have no complaints with the service i received. There's a long wait time but it was indicated on a sign as I entered.

The staff is professional and courteous. Low rating is ONLY because of having to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment.

When I arrived to this facility, the staff were so polite while making certain you are happy with their service. I'm big on first impressions, and I would give the entire Team a score of 10!! This team explained very movement and made sure I understood my treatment plan throughly. Furthermore, one of your Techs impressed me when I asked her , " Do you like your job?" She expressed with a confident response, " Oh yes !" I was proud of her response which relaxed me from feeling nervous about my appointment and thinking the worst!! I will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

My recent visit with Dr Salib was very nice, he was very thorough and listened to my issue with my rt eye and the need to correct the vision issue. And he has scheduled my surgery to correct my vision and I am so glad that for after a year of trying to get seen and scheduled for the vitreous detachment surgery by the right doctor and it has finally been done and scheduled. Thank you Dr Salib for caring and doing the much needed surgery. And please let me also compliment the all the staff from the front desk to nurses and techs and especially the surgery scheduler for understanding my need to come in and sign consent for surgery and get my paperwork and leave as quickly as possible as I couldn't wait long in ofc to do, I couldn't be scheduled the day of my visit because the surgery scheduler was not there that day and I had to come back to the ofc after being scheduled over the phone to do the paperwork.
