I am amazed at Dr. Schneider's employees, staff and her, every time I have an appointment. She is one of the most outgoing professionals I have ever been associated with. I have had some minor eye problems that she has diagnosed, treated, and continually follows up on them with me. It is truly a joyful experience to be around her. I look forward to each visit I have had with her, and I'm sure I will continue to do so!

I love Dr Schneider and the crew but the wait to be seen was ridiculously long. I waited over 3 hours before I actually saw the doctor for a recheck of dry eyes. This is not the first time I've waited more than a couple of hours to be seen by her. They totally overbooked.

Time wait is outrageous. Prepare 2.5 hours at the least if you have an appointment. Unacceptable and the whole bases for lack of stars. People in waiting room even discuss how long each has been waiting. Shows lack of respect and dismissal of patients.

I arrived 15 minutes early and filled out new patient forms. After a very long wait I was taken to the examining room, the usual tests were done, my eyes were dilated and I was told Dr Schneider would be in shortly. Over an up HOUR AND A HALF later she came in for the less than 10 minute exam !! Not one single person said they were sorry for or gave a reason for the extremely long wait. I know Dr Schneider is a great doctor and everyone in the office was very pleasant, friendly and efficient , but being there for over 3 hours was ridiculous. Never again!!
