Feels scammy, it was not made clear prior to my arrival that it would be a virtual visit. Walked around the store for 20 mins past my appointment time. The eye exam felt very rushed and I had a hard time hearing the doctor via video. I do not have confidence my prescription is accurate. I was informed that Saturday is the only day that a doctor is physically in building but "they are normally very behind schedule" even with virtual visits. Canceled future visits for family members and will go elsewhere.

**Updated** I meant to come back so much sooner to give an update. Once Caroline, the store manager stepped in, it was a night and day difference. She was literally hands on through the entire rest of the process from sorting through the aftermath of aggravation, saving a customer from leaving, ordering the new glasses, and even putting a rush in to get them to the store faster. She is truly a gem and I'm thankful they have someone like her running the store!! The assistant manager, Chastidy, left a lot to be desired about customer service and honesty. It was a complete shock that my insurance, which they assured me covered up to 35% of the glasses (and I confirmed with insurance), covered nothing in the end without an explanation. After spending 20 minutes or so, she was nothing but visibly annoyed and she offered to call me the next day with a 'friends and family' coupon that was for 50% off because the glasses were almost $500; she said she knew she didn't have any with her that evening (imagine that). When I called two days later, giving her the benefit that she was busy the day after my appointment, that was the beginning of the long string of messages (or lack of because their voicemail isn't on half of the time). I've left several messages, still waiting on a call back for a week; anytime I could get someone on the phone Chastidy was 'busy' but they would make sure she would call me back which has yet to happen. Alyssa (young girl that was working and did the initial exam) was very friendly though...they should give the Assistant Manager spot to her instead. At least she understands customer service and seemed to be enjoying her job unlike the rest off the people working that evening.

My initial appointment was good. The tech was very friendly. Although the exam was done by video the dr was friendly, helpful, and informative. There were two specific issues. The dr instructed me to try my new contacts for a week and to come back in. The young girl who checked me out refused to make me a follow up appointment. She told me to just call in if I had any problems. The following Monday I attempted to call in and make an appointment but no one would answer the phone the three times I tried to call. So I just scheduled an appointment online. We shall see....

Understaffed overbooked remote Dr operation. They have no trouble wasting hours of your time to ensure they have a booked day.

I purchased 2 sets of glasses and the rubber ear piece that goes on the frames is so loose my glasses slide back and forth on my face, it's so annoying. I took them back, only to be told that ohh that just how they are made. But they are not suppose to do that and there is no reason they should. They are not damaged or anything . The lenses are horrible, I can't even get them clean they just smear they really don't ever come clean. As much as I paid and to just be dismissed every-time I go in there to talk about and show the issues is just ridiculous.

The ladies that work here are nice enough but the pricing system is misleading. Glasses had sticker labels with one price, but when my husband went to check out they were 50$ more than marked with no further explanation than "green tags are actually 145" I've attached a photo where they are clearly labeled differently. Just very frustrating that no measures were taken or offers made to remedy this and an extra 50$ had to be spent. When the company's selling point is "two pair for 79.95" and that's only a small fraction of the glasses in store, I at least expect the other pairs to be labeled correctly.

Went in to purchase glasses for my 5 year old son, and they made the experience memorable, and painless. The store lead was extremely kind and helped him choose and fit his glasses. Few weeks later one of his pairs had lost a screw and in a few minutes she had it good as new. Great staff and great experience, the manger needs to be recognized.

I never had a negative experience with this location and everyone has been so friendly and super quick. Far better than Augusta Eye One.
