Dr. Rodammer & the whole staff were wonderful. The facility is beautiful and everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and full of energy on a Monday morning. The receptionists (Elizabeth & Amber), the eye technician (Alex), and Dr. Rodammer all explained things clearly and I felt taken care of from beginning to end. It was such a change from any experience I have had before with eye doctors being more aloof and me never really knowing the purpose of any of the many things going on. It was not too much, just enough so I feel like I know a little about what all those devices do and have a much better understanding of my eye health. I have found my forever eye health practice and in my 50s, that is really a blessing. I am telling everyone. Thanks so much!

Lori was such a blessing! My son had been wearing his glasses with only one side on his ear so he could see. First off his frames had to be ordered and they were hoping they would come in before his visit on Feb. 19th and they came on Tuesday, February 3rd and I got the message today, February 6th saying that they had received them today! I messaged to see if I could bring him in not realizing that they closed at 1:00 but Lori said she was there until 2:00 and let me come and pick them up! She got his old frames and took the lenses out and put them in my son's new lenses and even made sure they fit on his face good before we left! Thank you so much Lori!! We are so appreciative of you staying after to help us with his glasses!
