I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor's office and could not be more pleased with how smoothly everything went. The staff was welcoming, professional, and kind, and the check in process was quick and easy. My eye exam was thorough and clearly explained, and the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Getting my contact lenses was also a stress free and smooth process. The staff helped me find the right fit and made sure I felt confident before I left. Overall, the office is clean, efficient, and well organized, and everyone was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this eye doctor to anyone looking for great eye care. Also, Dr. Siddiq was great.

I been a patient here for a while now and i can just say they never disappoint!! I came in to browse glasses then book an appointment and the associate pamela with the bright red hair was attending me & she was very sweet , informative and answered all my questions throughly. She got me into the soonest appointment available with ease and helped adjust my mother in law's glasses within a matter of minutes . I'll always highly recommend this office to anyone their customer service and professionalism is always on point!

I've been coming here for about two years now, and they've really been solid the whole time. Making appointments is super easy -- no hassle, no long waits -- and everyone I've dealt with has been genuinely friendly and willing to help. You can tell they actually care about making things smooth for you. They've also got a pretty good selection of glasses, so it's never hard to find something that fits your style.

The initial visit was a good one. The doctor and Angie were both friendly, helpful, and down to earth. On pick up date, Yasmin helped me and was very friendly. She even pulled out a chair for me to sit down when we were checking the fit of my eyeglasses. Excellent customer service and overall great experience. I'll definitely keep coming back for exams and eyeglasses.

I came in for an adjustment on my glasses they were so messed up i sat on them and the young lady with the red hair Pamela helped me out and she was so kind and i had an amazing experience ! She managed to get them back to their original shape ! It took a few tries but she had patience thru the whole process . Will be coming back for my future eyewear needs

Adding onto the "SUPER SWEET" recent 1 star review complaining about pink haired girl who speaked spanish. I came into seeing her two & she was definitely not the nicest. Mind you I'm very passionate about these types of subjects because I work in the hospitality industry as a 17 year old & we are 100% expected to give the best customer service we can, no matter how we feel! It's a challenging part of the job yes, but it's also what you signed up for. Anyways, I walked in & asked about getting my glasses tightened.. no smile or "welcome in!" she just looked at me. Ok.. then I accidentally walked over to the wrong place & she all of a sudden got annoyed with me & rudely called me over to the right place. Then again as she was tightening my glasses, i politely said it wasn't tight enough & i wanted it to be tightened again & she was acting super annoyed and just tired so immediately made me feel bad. Again, customer service is all about making the customer feel good despite you not feeling a 100% that day. She just didn't live up to this!
