The doctor and the visit itself were great overall. However, we had two appointments scheduled. We arrived early and were told they were stepping out for lunch, which was fine, we waited about 40 minutes. When they returned, we were informed that one of the appointments was never "confirmed," so it wasn't on their books and we would have to come back the next day. When I mentioned that I also hadn't "confirmed" my appointment but was still on the schedule, the receptionist repeatedly said she doesn't make the system and there was nothing she could do. Of course we understand she doesn't create the system, but as the person representing the office, we expected at least some effort to be flexible and try to accommodate us. That human element is important in situations like this.There was no one else in the waiting room at the time, so it was frustrating that no effort was made to try to accommodate in any way shape or form it was complete carelessness. What made it more frustrating is that if we had canceled last minute, we would have been charged a $50 fee. It is unfair that patients are held to a strict cancellation policy, but there was no flexibility when the issue was on their end. Overall, the doctor was great, but the front desk experience was disappointing.

By far the best optometry care I've ever received. Brought my daughter for her first contact lens appt and the dr was so patient and gentle with her. My appt was also great. Very knowledgeable and takes his time to answer any questions.

The Staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Steer ensures clear communication by explaining things clearly, listens patiently and answers questions thoroughly. I highly recommend if you are looking for someone with expertise and patient focus.

I had a fantastic experience at Steer Optical. The entire eye exam was quick and efficient, done in under 20 minutes from start to finish. The office was spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. The doctor was not only knowledgeable but also very approachable and easy to talk to, which made the process even better. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit, and I'll definitely be making Steer Optical my go-to place for eye exams moving forward.

The staff was extremely friendly, and everyone from the front desk clerk to the doctor were just so professional. It was a very calm experience where I felt they gave me personal attention and an expert eye exam.

Service and patient care was top notch, from the front desk, to the eye pictures and test, to the actual eye appointment. Dr. Steel was incredibly patient with us and he has a good sense of humor!

Dr Warren was very professional, I'm very pleased with the way he explained everything through the whole process of the exam, He gave me the attention and answered all the questions that I had. I will return to Him if I need to. Thank you

Very easy visit. Started right on time and was in and out in about 15min for an updated glasses prescription. The optometrist was very friendly and gave guidance on what to expect as my eyes keep aging.
