Making an appointment online for my vision exam and contact lenses was super easy, and there were a lot of available time slots. When I got there, the place was busy, but I was seen right away. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and respectful, and they accept TRICARE. For both the regular eye exam and the contact lens exam, I only paid $90, which was great.
I didn't have to wait long at any point, and the exam itself was quick and efficient. The store was clean and well organized.
After the exam, they even gave me four contact lenses of my choice to take home and try out to see if they were comfortable for me. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I'd definitely recommend this place if you need your vision checked or want to get contact lenses.

I was at Visionworks recently and the entire experience was exceptional. When I first walked in someone was cleaning the glass cases and the samples. That for me is an instant relief due to the germs people carry. The place was spotless. The Visionworks associates were amazing!! They were personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The courtesy the staff provides as well as the thoroughness of the exam and explanations, will always make this Visionworks location too of the line for me. Went in on Monday at around 12 pm. My husband's new glasses had a lense fall out and chip. We were told the person to fix them was in a meeting. It would be an hour and they would call us. After 2 hours and no call, we returned. The lens was put in, but the man working there refused to order a replacement lens without us giving the glasses back to him. He then was very nasty and told us we could just pay for a whole new pair. The 2 women there laughed. He just kept saying "Have a good day", as he lounged in a chair. He refused to give us a name. We left with the broken glasses.
The following day the supervisor called my husband and resolved the glasses issue. This supervisor has been great in the past when we have been there. The next day the manager personally called me and apologized. Thank you both. I have changed my review because of you.
