Dr. Alla Y. Hynes, MD

I've been numerous times now and while I feel Dr. Hynes is a good Dr I do have a hard time understanding her with her accent. She needs to remember that those with hearing issues and hearing aids can have a harder time understanding those with accents. Please speak directly at us. Most of the staff are friendly but I was asked the same medical questions by each person to include the Dr. Does the info not show on your Ipads or whatever they are? I am scheduled in a week or two to drive to her Winchester office where they can use specialized equipment. After this visit I'll look for a different Dr. I chose this practice as it is local to me and I'd prefer to not have to drive to Winchester. I can drive to Harrisonburg much easier with where I live. But the Winchester practice is in a terrible spot. It's crowded and parking is tough and tight. My door sustained a considerable ding in it on the last visit there as someone parked way too close to me but in reality I'm not sure they had much choice.

Good visit. I appreciate the caring and professional attitude of all the staff. Dr. Hines is very thorough, answers concerns and fully discloses the cost of procedures and benefits of treatments. This attitude promotes trust from patients and confidence in the long term care. Thanks!

I am always glad to have an appointment with Dr. Hynes. She is taking good care of me and my eyes for a number of years she removed my cataracts in thousand and 15. She makes things and my treatment as simple as she can for me a, Pleasant, glad to see me and answers all my questions. Your office staff is very good toI

My son sees Dr. Seager, he had a bad accident and she has been available the whole time, even nights and weekends. Dr. Seager has been great.
