Called today at 11:42 to make an appointment....receptionist was incredibly unpleasant....rude even....has zero business working with people....I am still incredulous at the way I was spoken to....how you could have someone like that working for you I don't know (unsure name, a man). They cost you my business and I guarantee plenty of other business as well. I recommend cleaning house....or perhaps a lesson in how to interact appropriately with other humans.

Was in and out in about 30 mins for an exam. Front desk and assistant were very friendly. The optometrist was strait forward and clinical which I prefer in my doctor's. Will come back again in a year.

when i came in i asked for a copy of my perscription . doctor.j. clay simmers was unfriendly then a complete jerk he made a rude comment when handing me my perscription and did not include the pupil distance dont ask for a copy untill after the doc does the exam and you talk to the person that helps you choose frames and make sure they include the PD i was so happy to get new glasses i needed them for so long what he did was completly uncalled for because of his rudnes i went elsewere to get my glasses and i will never go back! absalutly rediculess

Bad Dr, rude staff and front desk. He Dialated my eyes with out my permission, just said "look up" he was very invasive. Horrible experience! Stay away from this eye center !!
