Writing this review after attending an appointment with my wife today. I was impressed from the start to the end. The staff were all busy but all friendly towards us and others. All there were obviously elderly retirees, for the most part, so some were moving slowly. The staff did their best to help everyone. We did have a long wait as they had a large number of folks in attendance. But once my wife made it to the Dr this Dr, Steuer, gave her full time and attention and answered all her questions. If I heard correctly this office is staffed Tues and Thurs. The Winchester office is 5 days a week with 4 Drs. So go there for maybe faster service. But the waiting room was comfortable and a very clean bathroom was available. The issue my wife has had the potential of not being good but it appears she will be ok. Would a 2nd Dr be good. Of course but this specialty is in demand yet not many serve within our area. We had no complaints but maybe the wait but we made the best of it.

The Dr is GREAT!, HOWEVER, the wait time that they put you through consistently is HORRIBLE! You're asked to show up at a certain time and there are always MANY ahead of you and you will wait OVER AN HOUR to see the Dr.
