Kent B Mc Quain & Associates

This would have been a 5 star but the time frame it took too receive my glasses was excessive IMHO. It took 5 weeks. And the communication from the office was less than perfect. However they did arrive today and I do really like them. Dr Mcquain is a good Dr I have been going to for many years.

We had a wonderful experience with very helpful staff. The doctor is great and we greatly appreciate the personal attention we receive. Very thankful we found a good local eye doctor we can trust.

I recently took my 7-year-old son to get his eyes checked after noticing he was having difficulty seeing things at a distance. The experience at Kent B Mc Quain Eye Associates was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire examination process, making my son feel comfortable and at ease. After the exam, it was confirmed that my son needed glasses. We were pleasantly surprised by the diverse selection of eyewear available at the store. With the assistance of the staff, my son was able to choose a pair of glasses that he really liked. We are excited to pick them up today. As a family who runs a local business, I appreciate supporting mom and pop stores in our community. Although the prices at Kent B Mc Quain Eye Associates might be slightly higher than larger chains, the exceptional service we received more than made up for it. The personalized attention and the warm, hometown atmosphere made the whole experience memorable. The staff at Mc Quain Eye Associates exemplifies what great customer service is all about. Their genuine care and dedication to their customers ensure that we will continue to be loyal patrons. I've been a patient of Dr. McQuain's since he started his practice. He has provided excellent care and his staff offers customer service you won't find anywhere else. SO pleased to recommend him (and no...I'm not a relative. LOL!)

Transferring to Dr. McQain's office was one of the best changes I've ever made. They are all so wonderful from the moment you step into the office! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and listen to any concerns you have. Their exams are very thorough. The office is kept clean. They make sure to get you the best deals on glasses and contacts. I come in and leave very confident that I am in good hands. I recommend this office to all my friends!
