Dr. Pratt was very attentive and knowledgeable in his care. He was clear with directions. I was able to get a fantastic pair of glasses and contacts through their optical. When my glasses came in they were able to fix one of the lenses no problem! The staff were friendly and able to answer or get me the help I needed. Would highly recommend this clinic!

This review is for the optical shop. The supervisor was irritated at my asking questions concerning my $700+ eye glass purchase. I was experiencing some unusual vision effects with the glasses. I was familiar with the usual effects of progressive lenses, but this was something else. The supervisor told me that I was "asking too many questions." Prior to this, and, every other encounter with the optical shop, the technician acted as a go between when the supervisor was standing only a few steps away. I got the feeling that she (the supervisor) felt that speaking with customers was below her. Also, their products are overpriced.

Twin Harbors Eye Center is the best clinic for our whole family's eye health! The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. Both Dr. Ruyle and Dr. Pratt are great with explaining the exam and do so in a warm and patient centered manner. Dr. Pratt was especially great with our 3yo (ask for his elephant impression!) They also have a great selection in their optical department. We will continue to visit them for years to come!

I have had phenomenal experiences at Twin Harbors Eye Center. The entire office has treated me with respect, courtesy and they are competitively priced. I just ordered my son a pair of glasses and they are actually $180 cheaper than we paid for a same brand similar pair in Puyallup.

They would get a 5 if they were honest. I was assured that my insurance would cover my care before making an appointment to get my eyes checked. I could have driven 2 hours to get guaranteed free care, but chose to shop locally. Also spent top dollar ($400) to get glasses from them. Today I got a bill for $200. They deal with insurance daily. They know damn well what is covered by each insurance.

Dr. Ruyle and the staff are all such professionals. I completely trust that my health, plus any and all concerns I have, are their primary focus. I always leave my appointments feeling so cared for by them all. We are so fortunate to have such high caliber care in such a tiny town.

I thought I had an eye infection as my right eyelid was swollen to triple size and all the area around my eyes was swollen and itching dreadfully. I couldn't stop rubbing my eyes which only made it worse.
Dr Ruyle examined my eyes and found no infection but did see evidence of allergies. She gave me prescription eye drops that quickly relieved the itching and a 5-day sample supply of those prescription drops and the name of over the counter allergy relief eye drops that have cleared the allergic condition. I feel back to normal.
Also, for several months I've had a bit of "brain fog" that is somewhat debilitating and the eye drops have cleared up that condition also. I am more alert now and really appreciate her care and concern and that of her staff.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband, Landin. I referred him to Twin Harbor Eye Center because they have been wonderful as my eye care center. Landin has diabetes which has greatly affected his eyes so we wanted a really good eye doctor to check him out and also prescribe new eye glasses. Landin's very satisfied with her services as well as the professionalism and friendliness of her assistant, Megan. He gives this business five stars!

Twin Harbors Eye Center provides comprehensive eye care and ophthalmology services to Aberdeen, WA and the surrounding communities. Since 1994, we have been treating patients of all ages in our family oriented, warm and friendly office.
