Never thought this was going to come out of my mouth but ... I think this was the best eye exam and glasses buying experience I have ever had. The exam was thorough, well explained from what each test was for, to the methods they use to check and review the old eyeballs, was outstanding the entire time. Next up getting new glasses to compliment the new prescription, Jaime is awesome! She took time to compare models, fit them to my goofy ears and crooked nose, and was friendly and always professional. Excellent selection of frames and add-ons and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Please give all of these folks the kudos they deserve! (Oh and basically half the price of my previous pair)

Went in today with my son Thomas who has level 3 autism and I have to say the ladies here today went above and beyond to make sure we had the help to get exactly what was needed a repair on an existing pair and help with a backup sports style ....thank you all for being so kind and compassionate I cannot express how much days like this mean to a momma with a special needs child

Jaime is an absolute miracle worker. My husband left his glasses on top of the car and they fell off on Port Authority Rd., by the time we found them they had been flattened. Jaime managed to bend them back into shape so he can still use them until we're able to get him new glasses. She saved our skin and did it with a smile. Amazing customer service, which is why neither of us will go anywhere else for our glasses.

We positively LOVE the optometry ladies at Aberdeen's Walmart! Teresa, Jaime, Christina, & Jenni are all so incredibly personable, knowledgeable & friendly. They have helped both my daughter & I purchase our prescription glasses & sunglasses. Besides being highly skilled opticians, these ladies are all just incredibly decent human beings who genuinely care about the clients that they serve. I have watched them interact with people of all ages. Their concern and attention to each person's needs is very evident. They also plan fun activities for the community's children & youth, which definitely goes beyond their routine job descriptions. I can't recommend bringing your & your family's eye care needs to them enough. And...as a side note, my service dog positively ADORES these ladies. It is a requirement that we swing by the optometry department, even if we have no eye care needs. Seeing them is a highlight in my sweet pupper's day. Thank you Teresa, Jaime, Christina, & Jenni for being such dedicated employees &, even more so, for being such wonderful, kind people. We appreciate you!
