I walked into Cascade Eye & Skin, the Team made me feel genuinely cared for. Medical visits can be a little stressful , but the kindness and charming personalities there put me completely at ease.
I especially want to recognize Kariann Francis at the front desk--she was absolutely a kind soul. She was patient, compassionate, and went beyond to help answer questions and guide me through the process. Her warmth set the tone for the entire visit. You can tell this team truly cares about their patients. An exceptional experience all around.

I provided transportation for my sister and brother in law to their eye appointment with Dr Dahlhauser today. Everything was perfect Charmaine and her front desk staff quickly checked them in and made arrangements for me to accompany my brother in law through his appointment as he has hearing difficulties. Amber the eye tech was outstanding with him, she was kind, thorough and took additional time with his hearing difficulties. Dr Dahlhauser was wonderful as usual. Answering all of his concerns and addressing the new issues as well. The appointment ended in the Optical Center where Julio took care of both there needs, he noticed my sister glasses were to tight and adjusted them as well. The physician and staff were all superb.
