Evergreen Eye Center

Had my annual review yesterday (3/1/26). It was professional, through, and the staff was always friendly. Dr. Frederickson did the exam. As he'd done my LASIK correction in 2001, we had a lot in common. I've been to the Auburn and Federal Way locations. I've also spent 27 years in military medicine. Both locations have great staffs and are professional Before getting LASIK, I'd visited two other clinics. Neither impressed me. Evergreen did a free eye exam, and measured my cornea thickness. Then they told if I was a candidate. That was a far cry from watching a video tape. Both my wife and I have been treated by Evergreen. We will continue with them

While having my annual eye exam, I was diagnosed with cataracts. A neighbor referred me to Dr. Frankel, for which I'm very grateful. The team of professionals at Evergreen Eye Center was extremely courteous and helpful. I was extremely anxious about cataract surgery but after the 1st surgery I couldn't wait to have the 2nd surgery. The process was easy and painless. Now, for the 1st time in 53 years, I don't need to wear contacts or glasses; just reading glasses. I am very grateful to everyone at Evergreen Eye Center and would highly recommend them for your eye care.

It has been very pleasant experience working with Dr. M Fogarty -OD and Dr. J Frenkel, MD, MPH for their help over both of my eye-care and Cataract surgery needs for the past five years that I do enjoy for their professional skill, caring attitude to elders like me and also appreciate very much for their patience. I highly recommend for them to take care of your needs as well.

Sharing my good experience at this office. The doctor took the time to explaine my results in an easy-to-understand way, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was welcoming and organized, and the appointment ran on time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for eyecare

We're both my husband and I got our eyes done at the same time and we have seen this doctor before and she was excellent. She travels from office to office. Apparently, she's very good. The offer office is very nice in the fireplace is a welcome very welcome touch. The staff is friendly. The building is very clean and sanitized. We're very happy with them.

Awesome office. Staff great, Dr informative, no feeling of being rushed. Update. Saw Dr again...had some time restraints, spoke with office staff, they got me in immediately. And, it's a busy office. I cannot say enough nice things about Evergreen Eye Center. Detailed explanations...never feel rushed. Thankful to have them in my eye care.

My dad (who gets around slowly) and I went to the wrong location. Thankfully, the Auburn location accommodated us and although we had to wait, it was still very appreciated. The only frustrating part was that I could not call the clinic directly and spent over ten minutes on hold to try to call and let them know we were going to be slightly late.

I usually leave positive reviews. Not in this case. I would NOT recommend Dr. Frankel. Unless you don't mind waiting 1 hour and 29 minutes to be seen for the 2 min time he spent with me. Also he did not even review my chart. I mentioned my lens replacement surgery. And his comment was "oh you had that.. when?" I said it's in my chart it was done here. I was going to leave but I had my eyes dilated. Glad they didn't take the time to take my blood pressure because waiting that long it was HIGH!
