The staff at this clinic are not just unprofessional-their actions are simply ILLEGAL. Here's what to expect if your appointment goes the same way mine did:
You arrive 15 minutes early, as required, to fill out paperwork. But after only three minutes they start rushing you - they begin taking you from room to room and performing procedures before you've finished the forms. You'll be carrying the forms with you and end up filling them out without your contact lenses, with dilated pupils in a dark exam room.
In the exam room the doctor performs everything carelessly and in a hurry, while simultaneously being rude, saying things like, "Do you have glasses? That's very irresponsible of you. I don't care if you buy them or not, but you're very irresponsible," and similar insults.
After all the procedures they will coldly say, "You can go," and forget to give you the prescription -only handing it over after you remind them. That same day they will call and say they forgot to charge you for the glasses and ask you to give your card details over the phone (yes, CVV and expiration date too). When you ask if you can pay in person later, they will insist it must be done right now. You, having no real choice, agree.
Then they call again and say they didn't charge for the prescription and ask, "Will you return the prescription tomorrow, or shall we charge the card details you gave earlier?" You are surprised because this was never discussed. You ask for time until tomorrow, but they pressure you to decide immediately. You say you will return the prescription tomorrow.
The next day you are woken by a call exactly at 8:00 AM demanding you return the prescription (reminder: it is illegal to take a prescription away). You put the call on record, and after you say the call is being recorded the clinic employee hangs up and never answers again. You bring the prescription back to the clinic and they tell you that you no longer owe anything. Then they call again saying that returning the prescription "doesn't mean anything" and you still owe money.
You resist because you do not want to pay for a prescription that was taken from you. Now you are given a choice: either they charge your card, or you pay in person. You come in person and say they cannot charge you for a prescription you don't ever have anymore-after which they change tactics and claim the charge is for a fitting (which never took place; no fitting was performed, no follow-up visits were scheduled, and nobody checked how the lenses fit). They threaten you with the papers you were forced to sign in the dark. You refuse to pay for a service that was not provided, and after long arguments and long waiting they finally just let you go-which was probably the smartest thing they did that day, because at this point you are fully ready to take legal action if they continued.
This was one of the most stressful, unethical, and illegal experiences I have ever had.

The front desk staff are very friendly making each patient feel welcome and important. The doctor is thorough, good at explaining test results and making you feel like you matter.
And the last time I was there, 6 months ago, when I got my glasses, the guy who fits the glasses for you was gracious enough to help me find a pair of glasses that I really liked.
I recommend this eye care doctor's office to anyone looking for a kind, upbeat staff and professional and patient centered doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr Edward Kosnoski for about 28 years. I have had the best servants by his staff and extra special service by him. would highly recommend using his office and can't Fairwood Auburn I'm not sure I think there's one more but anyway, couldn't ask for better!
Everyone working there was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was fast and very thorough they talk through everything there doing a looking for so you know exactly what's going on and they were all open to any questions you might have. I've been going there for years and I'll be continuing to as well
First, they prescribed me glasses with lenses that were too strong for me to wear. Then I came back and the doctor made them smaller. At the next appointment, which I waited a long time for, they called me and said that I had been booked in by mistake and that my insurance did not cover this visit.
The team there takes great care of you. Doctor and the rest of the staff are very experienced and efficient in getting you what you need AND want.
Feels like home. All of the people that work there are very friendly even doctor. I only wish my insurance was available there. Thank you for such a great friendly place. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Wouldn't recommend - if you can afford to do so/have the option, go elsewhere.
Pros: Clean
Cons: Most of the people I encountered working there acted like they'd rather be doing anything else. One barely made eye contact with me. Was extremely rushed and attitudes were short. I had the woman doctor who was nice but rushed through things too. I literally had to ASK if there were signs of any diseases or anything because there was no comment everything was so quick. Before I knew it I was escorted out of the room and pushed into to the next. No one seemed invested in my care.
Being that I'll be seeing these people ideally only once a year, I don't think it's worth it. I didn't feel safe or cared for in their "hands". My eye health is so important and if I have a choice (& thankfully I do) I'm going to take my business to a clinic who seems to act a little more human.
