Airis Eye & Wellness

We've seen Dr. Boparai for years at his previous practice and now Airis the past two years and have always been very happy with him. He's five star. However, I'm on the fence with Airis. While the staff is lovely, you spend more time with the assistant than the doctor as they do nearly all of the tests. Though this has always been the case in optometry, it seems that they are doing more of the testing these days. I also wish in they had a larger/better frame selection. There are few options for my face. I have a pretty standard ovalish face, so figure there'd be more than just one that looks good.

Dr. Boparai is an excellent physician--very professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and you can tell he really knows what he's doing. My mother felt very comfortable with him and was genuinely happy after her visit. We are very grateful for his care and highly recommend him.

Dr. Harry Boparai is the real deal. He was my eye doctor at another practice for several years. When he left that practice I was saddened, but after one visit it was clear to me how much that practice had fallen apart, and I had such an awful experience! To top it off I couldn't believe they charged me for trial contacts! I immediately made the decision to find Dr. Boparai and follow him to his new practice. Thank goodness! The true care, sincerity, deep connection and medical procedures utilizing the latest in technologies - I was so happy to see him again and be showered by his warmth and meticulous care. His practice is well staffed with friendly professionals who bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service. The Airis EyeCare Clinic is beautifully designed. The exam rooms feel very cozy and stress free. And Dr. Boparai - I cannot commend him enough for his excellent care. And, he remembers details from many years ago! I highly, highly recommend Dr. Boparai and his team.

I was a patient of Dr. Boparai for more than a decade and was quite happy to track him down at his new practice Airis Eye. Going in for my exam felt just like old times, except now he has a super comfortable space with a great staff and state of the art machines to help me with my vision. I was also lucky enough to get some additional attention from Dr. Sandhu during my visit, and she was very thorough and helpful with every concern I had. Overall, I would be happy to work with either Doctor at Airis Eye and will continue to go there yearly for all of my eyecare needs.

I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Boparai again, now at this new practice. He's the absolute best of the best - kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I also love the location of this practice, and it's extremely inviting, modern and has all the latest tech. I also had part of my exams administered by Dr. Sandhu, who was equally amazing! The extreme kindness and professionalism just seem part of the Airis Eye & Wellness DNA. You will be happy and lucky to get an appointment with either one!

Dr Bopari is the best. All the staff are great as well. They use advanced technology to address eye issues, including chronically dry eyes like I have. Highly recommended!

Update on 02/11/2026 after the response to my review. ------- Wow, what a pathetic AI generated response. Just flowery language without why substance whatever. If you notice, they didn't dispute anything I said, simply repeated what I said lol. Anyway, I had a terrible experience and I shared it here so it can help others make better decisions. --------------------- First of all, it's extremely hard to get a time slot that works with this office -- the doctors are always fully booked. I had to rearrange nearly 10 different things just to make the only appointment they offered. Then, just a few hours before the appointment, I received a broadcast text saying the office was closed due to an emergency. I reached out explaining I had taken the day off and my child missed school for this visit, and only then was I told the doctor had a family emergency. I completely understand emergencies happen. They then offered a late-evening appointment with another doctor. I rearranged everything again -- only to get another text saying the doctor would be late and I should contact a different office. At that point I said I would just wait for their availability because I didn't want to start over elsewhere. After several days with no updates, I followed up and was given one appointment the following week. I asked to move it by just 30 minutes and was told that was the only possible time. That's when I finally gave up. I'm sure the doctors themselves are good, and I truly understand family emergencies happen. But the scheduling and communication here are the worst I have ever experienced. I genuinely regret choosing this office -- my child would have already received care by now if we had gone somewhere else.
