America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Update: I got a response on Friday, but for some reason it's gone? Who do I reach out to? I Have been coming here for years and I've never had an issue. Today I came in to get an eyeglasses and contacts exam. Dr. Nguyen is awesome along with Tom at the front desk. The glasses I currently used had gotten loose over the past few months so I asked Xavier if I could have them re-tightened which he did. When my glasses were returned I noticed scratches which I assumed were finger smudges. I walked out the office and realized under the light that one of my lenses had been shattered during the tightening process . I came back in and asked if maybe the heat they used to tighten them has caused this and was told that was not the case... I find that hard to believe being that my glasses were perfectly fine before that. I ended up having to drive home with one eye closed because it is hard to see from the lense that was shattered. I was offered to come back next week to have their manager look at them? At this point I find that useless being that I new glasses on the way with a completely different prescription. I'm really disappointed with the way this was handled and the fact i'll have to walk around with blurred vision for the next 2 weeks.

Amazing. I left my eye doctor because she didn't listen. Found this place and wow. I was paying about $550 for 2 pair of glasses. Insurance covered the exam. This doctor was very helpful responsive and listened. I went in for my exam and glasses yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Two sets of glasses with the same features as I was getting and they put lenses in a third pair of frames I already had cost me a third of what I was paying they are out of network on my insurance so I paid cash. That is not a problem since I am getting better glasses better doctor and better staff. Highly recommend this place. Doctor is awesome staff is amazing and eye glasses choices are very good.

I booked a same day appointment a few weeks ago to update my eye prescription and get a pair of glasses. They were running a deal for 2 pairs and a free eye exam for $80, I think it was. Great price. Totalled to $105. I live in Oklahoma and am working here temporarily so I opted to have my glasses shipped home. One pair was shipped to my house, the other shipped to the store. Very frustrating, but my 5 star rating is due to the way Kimmy handled it. I didn't really complain, just explained what happened and she more than compensated me for the trouble without me asking for anything. She was very kind and refunded my whole payment, giving me both pairs of glasses and the appointment for free, adjusted my new pairs, cleaned them, and sent me off with 3 glasses cases. She apologized and said that's not how they do things. Very happy with my experience and how they handled the situation. Thank you, Kimmy.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with America's Best. I made three separate appointments, and the first two were canceled at the last minute - while I was already on my way there. I was told it was because the doctor "wasn't coming in." That's completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. For the third attempt, I walked in to confirm and schedule again. I was told the doctor had stepped out but would be back shortly. I waited for an entire hour, only to then be told to come back in two hours because he had decided to go to lunch. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for patients' time is unacceptable. If appointments are offered, they should be honored. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone

Great service love everybody who is there. Everybody was so nice and so helpful. I was in and out at my appointment time. Great follow up and very, very helpful. The doctor was awesome and very thorough. Answered all my questions with ease and confidence. Access you don't have In there. Multiple times fast return on getting your glasses and your contacts.

I was given a different prescription after years of having the same one. The Dr. said my eyes had improved so he decided to write a lesser strength prescription for me. I trusted that he knew more than I did eventhough I had been given pretty much the same strength for the last decade. I ordered and paid for 90 day supply of contacts with ABC. After receiving the contacts, I found that they were not strong enough and everything was blurry. Went back for a follow up and to inform them that they were not working for me, as I was not able to see clearly. Dr performed another exam and issued a revised stronger prescription ( the same strength as I've always had ) but ABC would not take the contacts back or replace the contacts that I bought from them, because I opened the box!! How the heck are you supposed to know if the contacts work if you don't put them on?? The gentleman who helped me was quite rude and dismissive. He tried to gaslight me saying that my eyes were changing each time??? Would not offer anything to help to rectify their mistake. Highly disappointed with the customer service. Dr. Nguyen was nice and helpful but their office workers will not make things right eventhough it was their mistake. Stay away.

Xavier was fabulous!!!! Their eye care club is great. You can make your appointment online, and make sure you don't do it on the last day.

Whoa! Kay came home sobbing a few minutes ago, saying she'll never see again, and the people at America's Best were horrible to her, and had lied to her about helping her with her glasses. What happened?! She LOVED America's Best, like, days ago. Sang their praises all the time. I think it's just this guy, Xavier, who seems to the problem, but I'm having trouble getting the whole story, because my boss is so distraught I think they just need to help her fix her glasses and she won't hate them anymore...
