Bella Vision

I was initially a bit hesitant to visit because of some of the reviews, but I'm really glad I did, my experience was above and beyond. The store has an excellent selection of luxury eyewear, and while other locations may have additional designs, this location still offers a broader and more impressive selection than many flagship stores I've visited. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, but I especially want to highlight Juni. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, answering all of my questions and even helping me explore designs that weren't available in-store but could be ordered. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Was nervous due to some of the bad reviews but doctor Tran was able to prescribe me contact lenses that are much more comfortable to wear than what my previous doctor prescribed! Service is also quick and the staff are friendly!

I've been visiting Bella vision for a couple years now. Did yearly eye exams for a couple times, got a pair of new glasses and recently got my first contact lenses. I wanted to especially thank the patient staff who stayed and guided me to put the contacts on and off for the first time in my life - it took almost an hour!

Dr. Ahmed is fantastic! She is patient, professional, and truly cares about her patients' comfort and vision needs. She took the time to listen, thoroughly assess the issue, and find the right solution. The whole experience was smooth, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great eye doctor!

My husband and I have both purchased our glasses at Bella Vision in Bellevue and every time we are thankful for the excellent service we receive. Finding a pair of glasses is important--not only for finding the right fit but the right aesthetic as well! The office manager, Jin was extremely patient as I took time looking through the various styles of frames. He helped me find the best fit to frame my face and guided me through the process. The eyeglass selection in my local neighborhood is not as extensive so it's worth the drive for me to visit Bella Vision to find a pair of glasses that I'll like! We will come back!

Bella Vision was beyond helpful to me when I called in an emergency because my old glasses had broken while I was at work. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule almost immediately as a first time client. The front desk associate helped me pick out new glasses and thoroughly explained what my insurance covered and what I would pay out of pocket. 10/10 experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Stay away All the bad reviews are true, they don't have the right equipment or the doctors or staff here even know what they are doing. Just come for a regular eye exam, and use the prescription to order new glasses. The new glasses give a much worse vision than my current ones. They even want me to come again and charge me a second time even after I insisted I just wanted a prescription that matches my current glasses.

Our family have been going to Bella Vision for many years. The staffs are very friendly & knowledge. We always have great experience at Bella. Our daughters got their contact lenses this year & I was so impressed how patient the staffs were in finding best contacts for fitment & taking their time to teach our girls how to fit the contacts. We never feel rushed & they always provide great service!
