Friendly nurses. However, they put me in a room for about 4 hours, I would get emails that my lab results were in, but they wouldn't tell me until I put on my clothes and told them I was leaving because I didn't want to wait any longer. The doctor was very short with me and unsympathetic. She didn't even take into account about my medications could be causing my problems. I waited 4 hours for them to just tell me they didn't know what was going on with me. She raised her hands up and just shrugged. THANKS! The doctor also told me to stop seeing my therapist/nurse practitioner and to see a doctor from now on at Kaiser (of course you want me to see you guys and not someone else). Can't wait to see the bill for getting no help. I would not recommend going here.

Pros: they helped fix an issue with glasses lens that I had with no hassle. Helped me find a model of discontinued frames to save me a visit
Cons: Waited a long time for another pair of glasses, despite being told multiple times that it would be delivered much sooner

Patient care quality Kaiser Permanente is decreasing year after year. Their business model is designed to offer the least service possible.
Kaiser is both the insurer and the care giver, so when you pay your insurance company they take money from YOU and put it in THEIR pocket, which is fine they are running a business. But the problem starts when you go to receive care. A regular hospital will try to offer the best care for their patient. On the other hand Kaiser insurance departments success depends on how LITTLE does the Kaiser Patient care department does. The less time their doctor spends with their patient, the less tests, the less care give the more profitable Kaiser is.
Kaiser has a conflict of interest between their shareholders and patients they care for.

Loved my Dr but I got charged for a eye exam that was supposed to be covered by my insurance.
The bill was 238.40, which is insane with having insurance.
The process to now get this bill waived is absolutely horrible.
I have to print out paperwork to fill and obtain information that I have no idea where to get.
I've called customer service twice but that was no help.
Why is this process soo difficult?
I can't imagine being an elderly and trying to figure this out.
Absolutely difficult and I bet alot of people just pay the bill to avoid the headache.
Y'all need better processes for medical billing errors.

Excellent professional staff to help choose and fit glass frames. I needed frames for bike riding and one for daily activities including computer activities. They succeeded with both frames. They work with a large client base, but take all the time you need to make sure you walk out with the right frame, properly fit.

Eye doctor was terrific, but not having the same experience with the optical department. I have called several times regarding my eyeglasses. Every time I am send to automated voicemail, and no one returns the call. I really need my glasses folks!

Office hours for Eye Care are earlier than the rest of the building. Opens at 7 am.
Check in was fast, space was clean, there is coffee shop on the first floor.
Doctor and staff are personable and professional. Parking on site, Metro and Sound transit run buses close by.
