He is truly one of the most professional, kind, and caring eye doctors I have ever met. From start to finish, Dr. Song provided exceptional service -- he thoroughly explained every detail of my eye health, including my current eye condition, how to maintain healthy vision, and what steps I can take to improve my eye care for the long term. What really impressed me was how much time and attention he gave me. He patiently answered all my questions and even recommended having different glasses for driving and reading, so I can improve my day-to-day comfort and vision. He also shared valuable advice on how to maintain my eye health and manage potential risks like glaucoma. Additionally, I was touched by his honesty and kindness. For services that his clinic does not provide, he went the extra mile to recommend other trustworthy clinics -- even though it didn't benefit him directly. It's rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about the patient's well-being above everything else. My son and I had an eye appointment with Dr. Song. It was our first time at this clinic, and our first time meeting Dr. Song. My son and I hadn't been to the eye doctor in about two and a half years. We had to fill out a two-page form for check-in. I felt that Dr. Song was very professional, down to earth, and he was thorough in his examination. I felt very comfortable and relaxed because he was able to explain things in simple terms to me and had lots of patience. He made sure I understood things and felt satisfied with my experience.The exam room was spacious. I love the way Dr.Song received me. He is very knowledgeable and detail oriented person who reviews every detail clearly. I had a lasik surgery earlier. He asked me for those records to completely evaluate my past history. He patiently explained my current condition. Also, he did explain me about some things which my earlier doctors overlooked. He also performed numerous tests to gain knowledge on my current condition. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Song is very knowledgeable and super nice. I have been seeing him for over 7 years when he worked in a different clinic. I am glad he has his own clinic and continues providing superb service. He digitalizes the patient records so he can know all the past eye appointment history in his computer and can easily trace back when certain problems occurred and the progress afterwards. He can explain my questions in a succinct way that is easy to understand. I have bad vision and he provides right prescription and useful advice to ease my concerns. He also works on Saturday so it's very convenient for people who work during weekdays. I highly recommend him to everyone!!
