Dr. Kitamura has taken care of my vision needs for many years. The recent visit was excellent as we're all of the others. She and her assistant are a great team and I feel very fortunate to have them helping me.

Doctor Gilbert is great and he cured me of my vision problem . However the wait is ridiculous. I have come here 2 times now and each time it takes atleast 1.5 hours to see the doctor from the time I check in. There is really no meaning of taking an appointment here. The process of managing schedules is broken here.

Longtime patient disappointed by today's visit My family of four has used the Bellevue clinic for ~10 years for routine exams, and we've always had great care with Dr. Jing. Today's visit for my wife's eye-pressure check was very different and left us stressed and disappointed. A senior doctor sounded impatient and dismissive when I asked a simple question about refill orders. Earlier, one assistant was unnecessarily curt about whether my wife brought her glasses, and another rushed through the eye-pressure test, which only increased her stress. This is not the standard we've experienced here in the past. We pay for these services and expect respectful, unhurried care. Based on today's experience, I can't recommend this clinic to friends or family unless staff communication and patient-care practices are addressed. We left very disappointed after more than a decade as loyal patients.

Kimberly is always friendly and professional. I appreciate that she's so willing to help and ensure that we are taken care of. My son loves her and that is saying a lot considering he's 14 and annoyed by most adults. She taught him to put his contacts in and she was so patient with him.

Kimberly was knowledgeable and pleasant in helping me order my contact lenses! She made it simple, which I appreciate.

"One trillion-hundred-billion out of five" is the rating from the five-year-old patient I'm writing this review on behalf of. Every step along the way we were welcomed with the utmost kindness and professionalism. I wish I had grabbed the name of the lovely human who opened the door for us at 7am and helped process our co-pay. She has the coolest pink keyboard. Suki, the ophthalmic nurse, is phenomenal with children and made the whole process easy and enjoyable- not the simplest task with littles. Dr. Kitamura is an angel on earth. She was incredibly warm and our child said she is "the best grownup ever". He absolutely adores her and can't wait to drop off some dinosaur drawings for her. He must have felt like the only patient in the world with the amount of time and interest she generously devoted this morning. Upon our exit we had yet another delightful interaction with the front desk receptionist. I'm not a shill This is a genuine review from a very impressed mother. When selecting care providers we do our research and then hope for the best. On this particular day with these particular staff members we had the dream appointment. As this was our son's first eye exam I'm confident he can't wait until next year.

I would definitely recommend this place. Kimberly the woman who helped me order. contacts was great at communicating and I appreciate all the staff for being well informed and great at communicating!

They made me wait almost 2hrs for someone to check on me. If I wasn't coming because of an emergency I would've left. I understand that appointments get delayed and things happen but people come here to get medical attention, they arrange their schedules to take care of themselves. They definitely do not care about their clients time nor take it serious. If you already know you're running 1hr+ late on appointments then call your clients to let them know. This is not okay, and reading through other reviews this happens way too often, clearly they still don't care and won't do anything about it. NEVER coming back again and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Also, if you're going to hide your clients for hours in an examination room then make it look less than an interrogation room. No windows, closed door, made me feel claustrophobic tbh. Only good thing was Dr. Figg. So professional, gentle and great doctor.
