Pearle Vision

I was very impressed by how patient and kind the Dr. was at Bellevues Pearle Vision, he really helped me understand all the questions I had about contacts and my Vision health. I would 100% recommend Bellevue Pearle Vision to my family & friends! I felt so much better after the appointment.

Appalling customer service! Spend your money somewhere else. I purchased frames at different locatoon but since this location was closer to me, I was told I could come in here to get the frames adjusted. I told the older lady who helped me today (May 3rd) said that the sides of the frame were squeezing my face and giving me a headache. She asked why I bought them if they hurt. I responded that I didn't notice this issue until I received the glasses and started wearing them for longer periods of time, instead of just trying them on at the store. She told me there wasn't much she could do because the frames are hard to adjust without the lenses falling out. She loosened them a bit but when I said they still hurt she told me I should've picked a a frame that was narrower. "The lenses are heavy and the sides of the frame have to be tight to hold it in place. That's why we always tell people with high prescriptions to pick narrower frames." I mentioned I wasn't told that at the other location. I then asked if I was within the 30 days of purchasing the new frame style, I could return them and get my benefits back so I could go find buy glasses I could actually wear. She told me "it's not very nice. They already re-styled you and tried to help you. In my store, we've never had a customer do this." She told me to go back to the original store and talk to the manager. I left. The way she spoke to me was totally unacceptable and I will never return to this location.

It was easy to make my appointment online. The exam was pleasant and I felt like the doctor cared about giving me a good experience. Lots of frame choices in my price range. I recommend Pearle Vision.

I had stepped on my frame less glasses and the nose pad broke off and one of the lenses fell out as the fishing line like plastic wire had snapped, I went into this store ( franchise) 2.7.25 , (which is were I purchased them from) to see about having them repaired, I was told they were not repairable. The Dr. didn't even pick them up, I was stunned, as I know the nose piece could be replaced and figured this fishing line like wire should have been able to be replaced, but who am I to disagree with him. So today 2.10.25 I went to another pearl vision (corporate) and when I asked (I always like to get a 2nd opinion) she said sure that's simple, and within 10 mins it was repaired and I wasent charged a thing. The rep at the 2nd store did all of this right in front of me and even provided me (for free) a small tool (the one she used) to use to slide that plastic wire back into place on the lense. I was so thankful. I will now be giving my business to the store I visited today in Factoria mall in Bellevue.

Hours seem wrong. Called on Saturday Feb 21 at 1pm and they said they were closed even though their website says they are open

My wife needed to get her eyes checked and we called a few places on a Saturday. Some had an appointment 2 months in the future, some had appointments 2-4 weeks in the future. This Pearls Vision however, had an appointment the next day. We took an appointment with Dr. Le and we are glad and thankful to have gotten an appointment with Dr. Le. He is kind, considerate, thoughtful and helpful. He helped us save a lot of money by letting us know that we have a VSP plan through my employer, rather than having us go through our insurance and paying 2-3x that amount. He made our overall experience so much more better than previous Vision stores we've been to in Seattle. We highly recommend Dr. Le.

The prescription they gave me was wrong, I am -3.25 and -4.0 but they gave me -4 for both. I am always dizzy for half a year. the place smell like cigarettes and the doctor (Yi Li) keeps adding more fees that wasn't communicated before.

Generally horrible experience! I went to this place with a prescription for glasses from another place. She immediately hated it. Started giving me hard time. I asked for the progressive pair, she said that a doctor has to turn this prescription to progressive one. I went back to my doctor, and they explained to me how wrong she was, still they gave me the progressive prescription. After she send me back and forth several times. She finally, agreed to make me a pair of glasses. It came back and of course it was useless. The glasses made everything look wavy. It was horrible. At first, she didn't want to take the responsibility. I took the original prescription to another store(another brand), and they immediately were able to turn it to progressive prescription. The new set of glasses from other store worked great. So I went back to Pearl Vision lady and told her the story. I was so upset that she doesn't know enough technically and gave me so much hard time. She changed the lenses for me after I pressed her hard. Still not working well. After spending almost $500 on Pearl Vision glasses, I gave up and went to other store. Such a shame for this store. Customer service wasn't good either. Will never go back.
