Jackie is incredibly sweet and explains everything so well, which is especially helpful because she's so patient with my children. A+ service and care! I couldn't be happier with my experience. They far exceeded my expectations! I had to switch eye doctors (move, insurance change) and was worried they wouldn't be as great as what I was used to. I'd even travelled to my old Optometrist and paid out of pocket to avoid changing. However, I wanted a specific brand of frames (Flying Eyes), and this is the only place that carries them in Washington State, based on the brand website, so I scheduled an appointment. What a wonderful experience! I would give them over 5 stars if I could!

I'm always happy to do my exam here. But the staff has no idea how to run the office.
I was there to get my eyewear in businesses time. And they just didn't let me do it because they had an important staff meeting from 12:00pm to 2:00 pm and they said they put a notice on the door without any text notification or at least website update saying they are closed at that time. So they basically let anyone realize the fact when they arrive the front door.
This is unacceptable. I understand your meeting is important, if it is important then you need to notify the customers ahead. I'm not asking doing an exam but picking up my eyewear (contact lens), keeping telling me the meeting is important in this case is like saying my time is not important.

Dr Winten was so good with my daughter. This was her first visit, and she was nervous, and very scared to get the eye drops. No tears were shed, no hands needed holding. She was so patient and kind, answered all the million questions kids have, and made my daughter so comfortable and at ease. We got a prescription for glasses and picked out the frames same day.

Repeatedly, this place has made us wait 30+ minutes for the doctor after nurse check in. Today he pulled a no show and I had to ask front desk for an ETA 30 mins after our appointment time, only to be told the doctor isn't going to make it today because of a family emergency.... One time is ok, but for this to be happening repeatedly every single time we are here is not acceptable. Patients time is just as valuable as yours. I will be looking for a new pediatric optometrist.
