After 20+ years as a patient, it's sad to see this office change so drastically that you leave before your appt even starts. Robots replaced the office staff. They could care less who you are and why you are there. I had probably a dozen calls to remind me that my app was due but when you show up, they are just collecting a paycheck. I'm not sure why the drastic change but they need to re think it.

Very disappointed in my last visit. I've been going to Dr. Mcmanus for 40 years. On my last visit he said that my vision had improved. It has not and I feel that he told me that so I would have to purchase new lenses for my glasses. I'm sorry but I will not be returning.

Tech told me my eyesight was getting worse. Dr. Mcmanus told me eyesight was getting better. Which I wonder was correct? Found the Dr. to be surly and impatient. Had to ask for prescription information for future use. WAS OF COURSE billed on site. Would not recommend to anyone.
