This was my first visit to an optical clinic in the USA, and I had a great experience! Dr. Benjamin did a thorough eye exam and was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The optometrist (sorry for not remembering her name) was so kind.. she explained my insurance clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out a beautiful frame that I absolutely loved. The fit was perfect too! Highly recommend this place!

In and out pretty quick. Very efficient operations as long as you arrive a little early as they suggest and preload any insurance info prior to your visit. No hard sales on their frames. Definitely returning for next annual checkup.

They are very consistent...consistent at ignoring phone calls. Be prepared to call them multiple times a day and still have absolutely no one picking it up. Doesn't matter what time of day or week you call, doesn't matter how many times you call in a row. I probably called then 100+ times they only picked up like twice.

My mom seeing doctor and had her glass made in this clinic cost around 1200 last year April . But unfortunately didn't work for her very well . She cannot see and worse than her last one . I been try to call and email them for 4 months call never went through and email never responded. Finally I decide walk in talking to them but they are so busy . They let me drop the glasses Nov last year and get back to me later . Until today Jan 12 I still have not have any updates . I called so many times and I walked in person by December . They keep saying they are busy will call me later .
