Exceptional care, service and expertise. My 12 year-old daughter has more severe myopia so we were referred from our Seattle eye doctor to Dr. Lee for specialty Ortho-K lenses. My daughter also suffered a corneal bacterial infection from fresh water swimming and Dr. Lee jumped on it and helped get us care on the weekend so there were no long term issues. She cares so much and is a kind person also. She has a baby and told me she would be willing to come in on a weekend when my daughter had her eye infection if I could not get in elsewhere. They go above and beyond. Worth the drive for us. Also highly recommend ortho-K lenses!

I went here for a regular eyesight checkup, and was helped by Dr Jessica Liaw. Overall, I felt that Dr Liaw was very professional through the checkup, giving good explanation of what was going on with my eyesight and prescription, and answering my questions with a good amount of care and consideration. Notably, when I asked about moments when I felt my eyesight was sometimes worse than what my prescription suggested, she looked over my cornea scans again, and was able to share that my tear film was thinner than usual, and gave good steps to help with that. To me, this was great, since I had brought this up to another optometrist before, and Dr Liaw's explanation was the first time I was given this particular diagnosis, and following her steps (basically, trying more eye drops from certain brands in those cases) was pretty effective in taking care of my issue. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Vision Care Crossroads for vision care needs in the Seattle East Side.
