Warby Parker Bellevue Square

Best eye exam I've had in a long time!Dr got me to 20/20 again when last few Drs could not.Digital scan way better than dilation and I got to see the back of my eyes. Staff was very helpful. Picked out cute frames with me and we are also putting new prescription in an older warby pair I have. Can't beat the price! Went out of my way to go to this branch and I'm really glad I did.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The customer service felt tailored, fun, and grounded in expertise. It gave me confidence in making decisions. Both Warby Parker's reps who helped me choose glasses as well as Dr. Johnny Chan were clearly experts at what they do, and on top of that, they were a delight to talk with. Didn't catch their names, but they were working Feb 18 closing shift. They each pick a style that I felt really fit me that I ended up buying two. One from each rep's recommendation.

Great experience at Warby Parker yesterday. The eye exam was thorough and the optometrist explained everything clearly without rushing. The gentleman who helped me choose my frames was very patient and attentive, making the process easy and comfortable without any pressure. I ended up with glasses I love and will definitely be back.

Products presented were high-quality. They had low-bridge frames which was the selling factor for me and they also worked with my insurance. The staff was professional and knowledgeable on the products and services relating to them

Dr. Synthia Mainayar was a great optometrist. She was efficient and Warby Parker has all the tests needed for my eye exam. I was then greeted by a great optician who advised me on all aspects of selecting eyeglass frames. Great experience and I will be back, thanks!

Warby Parker to the rescue! I'd been looking for a new pair of frames for literally 5 years and couldn't find one that I loved anywhere. Thank goodness I kept searching and found Warby Parker! I learned that they had an actual store near me and so I went right away. Keaton and Kat were fantastic, and I found a pair that I LOVED in just a few minutes! (not the same pair that I saw online and thought I wanted; that one would not have worked) Their location inside a busy mall was not great for me as I have disabilities, but the wonderful conclusion made it all worth it. So excited to get my glasses! They're exactly what I wanted - and for only $95. Thanks WP!

I had a bummer experience here yesterday. I was having trouble finding a pair of glasses that fit well, and an associate told me theyd be happy to adjust them. They tapped Caiden to assist - Caiden was super helpful and went several rounds of adjustments with me. I acknowledged a few times that they were going above my expectations and that I was happy to give up if needed. After about 15 minutes and 4-5 adjustments, a young woman who I think was the manager on duty confronted me, told me to stop wasting their time, and that they wouldn't keep helping me until I purchased the glasses (which still didn't fit). It's a fine policy to have and I left without a fuss, but I felt she approached me expecting a fight and brought a lot of negativity into a situation which didn't warrant it. I had simply been doing what another associate encouraged me to do, and checked in a few times throughout that this was still okay. I'm fine if that answer became a no, but there was no need to be so rude.

I love the Bellevue Square store. The team here is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific pair of glasses I saw at another store but couldn't remember the name, and with a few descriptions they found them right away.
