Dr. Wendy Lim is truly an exceptional eye doctor. Having been under her care for the past 15 years, I can confidently say that her expertise and compassion set her apart in the field. Every visit feels personal, as she takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain each aspect of my eye health. Her warmth and professionalism create a welcoming atmosphere, making even routine check-ups a pleasant experience. I'm grateful to have Dr. Lim as my eye doctor and highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch eye care!

Yesterday was my second examination at Bothell Vision Center and I could not have been more pleased. Dr. Salud is detail oriented explaining each step in the procedure before hand, "Now, you're about to feel a gentle puff of air". He answered all questions and gave explanations that were easy to understand. As a diabetic I especially appreciated the explanation of how it is manifested in the eyes. The only recommendation I could offer would be that upon being helped by a lab tech or other personnel they introduce themselves and describe what they are about to do. I feel most comfortable in giving Dr. Salud my highest recommendation.

Knowledgeable staff. Everything ran on time. However, I didn't feel like the doctor took enough time to discuss the supplement I could take to help my eyes. Or to help me understand what I might be experiencing that with indicate I need the cataract surgery sooner rather than later. The next staff person knocked on the door, came in and whisked me away before I felt really done discussing possible cataract surgery. I have been here several times and will continue to come. I like the doctor very much. It just felt a little too time constrainted. My previous ophthalmologist was more relaxed and took about 15 minutes or time to talk about things.

Super nice and thorough eye exam that didn't leave me with a headache or blurry vision afterwards. Never felt pressured to purchase a pair of glasses, and even when I showed interest, they never forced me to choose the more expensive options. Really appreciate it!

My family and I have been working with this team for years. The doctors are caring, professional, and explain and answer questions well. The staff is courteous and efficient. We appreciate them!

Dr Salud is a delight to work with as he leads me into new territory of dry eye, cataracts and glaucoma watch. He's energetic, full of light. Also too, after getting vision prescriptions filled at Costco, Visionworks, Fred Meyer Optical, we have found that the quality of progressive lens offered here is far better. Yes, more expensive, but much better vision experience. Everyone else on staff is professional as well. We've been coming here for about 7 years, and will continue to do so. Even though my medical insurance no longer covers my medical eye appointments, I'll still be coming back for annual vision tests and glasses. Thank you, Bothell Vision Center.

I always appreciate the thorough eye exam I receive from Dr. Lim. With the technology she uses, even I can see the inside of my eye! Being able to have an eye exam without the eye drops is a huge blessing.

Friendly staff - they were very forgiving when I forgot to do a few things before arrival! For my eye exam, Dr. Lim was so personable and thorough - she got to the bottom of a few symptoms that had been bothering me and I'm feeling so relieved to have some answers and some treatments lined up! Great experience!
